Fantasy Football 247 Site Team Gameweek 10

I tell you what’s amusing ….

Welcome to FF247 Site Team Gameweek 10

When we come to write this when it is our turn to update you on the Site Team for the week, the top part says “amusing headline” – a sort of ‘insert funny name’ here part.

The amusing part is that your author (GP) only realised Palace/Spurs was pulled forward to Friday when he went into check the first fixture for his Bundelsiga Fantasy Team for the week ….

“Palace v Spurs, mmm, when did Flashscore start listing reserve games at the top. **PANIC**

T-minus 150 minutes to deadline and here we are.

I need a beer.

We fell just short of the century mark this past week – 98 – but who’s complaining at that? A sizeable 31 points above the average and bettered by one of the Site Team’s own – modesty prevents his name being mentioned but it’s about time he scored well as you are one moaning git when things don’t swing your way Rosco son. Sh!t.

Getting back to the Site Team, we thank in no particular order – Trippier, Schar, Son, Mbeumo, Bowen, Bruno, Maddison, Haaland and Watkins. In fact I could have just said ‘boo to you, Destiny Udogie.

What a week for all the lads!

We are 13,632 in the world and hold all our chips. Eek.

Our Gameweek 9 Result

We have 0.1mln in the bank and 1 free transfer to use ahead of Gamewwek 10. Let’s go see what was decided.

Our Gameweek Transfer(s)

Luckily for yours truly, discussions on the moves took place well in advance of this quickfire article. We wanted Salah (who doesn’t), he’s the best ever player, is in red-hot form (even in 20 min European cameos) and for anyone not to see it …. geez. We can’t get him in one move but we want him as captain so the -4 flies – in he comes for Bruno and we needed a makeweight. Son was realistically the only option and we were bang on the money to get Cole Palmer to grease the Salah wheels.

To confirm then we have SOLD BRUNO FERNANDES & HEUNG-MIN SON and BOUGHT MOHAMED SALAH & COLE PALMER (-4)

Captain – MOHAMED SALAH

That Erling Haalnd was not only overlooked but for that of the vice captaincy as well says a lot about his personal form. We can’t bear to part with him though and better days are ahead (his own European performance this week had us a little twitchy today).

Ollie Watkins is vice.

PREDICTED LINE-UPS

Back by popular demand! Well, sort of… Drafthound have changed their line-up approach this season and what it means for us is that we are no longer able to display a live feed of it on here due to some technical difficulties. That said, what they have done looks great and is still only a click away so if you want to access those they are HERE
