Oh hell yeah!

Welcome to FF247 Site Team GW6

How was our GW6 you ask? Well, if Carlsberg did game weeks it would probably look a bit like ours. We were awash with points from front to back, breaking the hundred point barrier for a cool 101pts. A clean sheet, save point and bonus point from Johnson (8pts), an assist and bonus from Estupinan (6pts) and double Newcastle clean-sheet with a goal from Botman (12pts) and a Hattrick of assists from Tripps (18pts). 44pts from our defence and keeper. Nice.

Saka and Fernandes were the standouts in our midfield, netting 13pts and 10pts respectively. Maddison chipped in with two assists and 9pts whilst captain Haaland, did what he does best with a goal and 12pts. And to top it all off, Ollie Watkins only went and bloody scored!

We finished a staggering 33pts above the weekly average, we now sit on 412pts rocketing us up from 385k to the heady heights of 37k overall. It’s safe to say, it was a glorious week! 🚀

Our Gameweek 6 Result

We have £0.1 in the bank and 2 free transfer to use ahead of GW7. Let’s go see what was decided….

Our GW7 Transfer(s)

Our team like many others is full of flags but we suspect there have been more than a few suspect Carabao cup ‘injuries’ so we’re not panicking just yet. We also like our team, but with 2FTs there is that feeling that we have to do something. We’ve talked it through, done a few polls, and counted the votes and we’re still none the wiser.

As things stand we’ve reviewed the pressers and came to the conclusion that Maddison and Botman are more than likely to play (we hope), so they’re safe. Saka feels like the one most likely to miss out, but with another training session to come we’re hoping we get some good news and some photographic evidence to boot. So for now we’re waiting. We will likely do something. Names that have been mentioned should we need to shift Saka or Maddison: Gordon (on 4 yellows), Diaby, Bowen, Ward-Prowse. If we decide to keep him, it could be an exciting keeper move (Areola) or the rather dull Mubama to Archer to give us another ‘body’ on the bench.

So we’re going to do what we don’t often do and wait. Don’t worry though, as soon as we’ve made our move you lot will be the first to know. Be sure to check back later this evening and we will drop our move/moves in the comments!

PREDICTED LINE-UPS

Back by popular demand! Well, sort of… Drafthound have changed their line-up approach this season and what it means for us is that we are no longer able to display a live feed of it on here due to some technical difficulties. That said, what they have done looks great and is still only a click away so if you want to access those they are HERE

*** Site Team & Predicted Line Ups GW7***
It wasn’t a good week… it was a very good week! We’re flying high and we have more points than we know what to do with. We also have 2FTs and we also don’t know what to do with those either. Yet.
What have we decided to do? Read the article to find out!

See you all later and as always, good luck for the game week to each and every one of you!

Haven’t got a clue what to do here. It’s just a mess. Wildcard? Free hit? Hope for the best?

    Any suggestions?

    Wowza!!! gamer4

Maybe I should give my FPL password to the Site Team committee to manage my team!

Think I have no other choice but to WC this week
The top team is the current one and below the potential wildcard. The cash ITB can be used to upgrade Rashford to Salah or Maddison to Son. That can be done now or next week with the FT.
    Any other ideas?

Congratulations Site Team for your big leap with your 101pts!
However with my 97pts I’ve been able to leap from 3.5k rank to 1.2m rank!
But I’m left with 4 flagged players now: Botman, Saliba, Saka and Bruno G.
My team: Areola, Sanchez, Walker, Botman, Saliba, Estupinan, Udogie, Saka, Bruno G, Mbeumo, Salah(VC), Mitoma, Morris, Haaland(C), Alvarez.
1FT, 0.3 ITB. I’ve transferred Saka to Ward Prowse. Any other changes needed and who to play?
    Suggestions please.

Who to bring in for Saka?

I really want Salah but that would involve -8 hit
    Saka – Salah
    Sterling – Gordon
    Saliba or Eustophan downgrade

    Thanks
