Wenger played down serious injury concerns over Ramsey, however, saying he hopes the 23-year-old will be available to face Norwich on the final day of the Premier League next season next Sunday.

Wenger said: “He should be ready for Norwich hopefully, it was only a small muscular tightness but I didnt want to take a gamble.”

WOW. I gotz myself green arrows despite my pourest GW till date 😉 How did everybody fair in this catastrophic DGW?

Not sure why everybody is complaining. It’s just that, everybody is having a poor gameweek. Also, we’re only half way there. 😉

      • Raziel says:

Aaah yes, funny. Haven’t checked my score today, since Ramsey hasn’t made minutes nothing changed. Yesterday it was 28-8=20. Should be the same. With Ramsey not playing I’ll get 9 points from Barkley. Hope Rooney will play next game, if not Dann will be my man. Don’t see Dann keeping a CS versus Pool.

        What’s your score?

      • Hehe yeah but with injuries to key men we thought would bring us goals galore it’s hard to see big scores. I expect mine to be, if lucky, at around 55. Not that good for a DGW huh? Unless Aguero and Rooney miraculously re appear as well as Chester…..oh and AJ..what a waste of FPL space atm haha!

        • Raziel says:

You’re right, just checked which of my players are injured. It’s a big list right about now:
Noone, Chester, Ramsey, Rooney, Aguero. Already wonder what the point was of subbing Chester, he was injured.

        • Oh well it ain’t over yet. It would not surprise me if before the game tomorrow they announce Suarez injured himself drinking his Uruguayan tea and poked his eye with the straw….

24 points after the -4 hit, with Ward + Suarez left, and 8DGWers from which 3 are apparently injured. :hippo:

      Doomed! laugh

      • The B says:

Overall ranking hurt a lot. Went from 4.6K to 5.9K.

        • Haha well the only thing to do really is a a cold one…and laugh…then cry..then laugh again…My DGW’ers also have injury concerns! Rooney and Kun the ones that hurt the most!!

        • The B says:

Yup. But i have a feeling that both will return for their second matches.

Giggs is hopeful about Rooney, so there is a chance. And Aguero himself said that he is fine, so another ray of hope there. laugh

36 points (20 after my -16 hit), slipped to 17,134 overall. Managed to keep first place in my leagues, but it’ll be close.

On the plus side, I’ve got SIssoko and either Ward or Martin Olsson to come off the bench (most likely Ward), with Mannone, Alonso, YYT, Mata, Suarez and hopefully Rooney and Aguero playing again.

To early to tell if it’s been disastrous, but it’s not going great so far at least!

    The B says:

Who are gonna be your final GW punts?

I am hoping Sunderland loses against WB, which will leave the 3rd spot of relegation open, and Norwich will battle fiercely in the last GW against Arsenal.

So if Sunderland loses, then Ill be motivated to pick Snoddy.

    Otherwise,

Augero>Dzeko and Mata>Gerrard seems pretty standard.

I don’t know what I’ll do. Certainly not yet. All I know is I have 1 FT, over 3m to play with and £30 at stake in my main mini league! Should be interesting…

    • 132.2

Decent moves if Kun is defo out! Surely he will…he cannot disappoint and be fit so soon?? laugh
Gerrard with perhaps all to play for might be the most motivated midfielder in the universe so he should do good! Should….

Absolutely no idea. Going to brave any price rises and falls, see what the injury situations are and do one last minute change on Saturday night.

Sturridge could be of interest if he is fit by then…
