  1. If i was going to WC next week this is what id be looking at. 11 changes so woth the punt.

Could have Rodgers over Barcola for next week then use my FT for him when he starts games.

    • Team the team

      • I don’t think you need Rogers if you have Palmer and Pedro.

How many minutes will Konsa be getting is a concern for me.

  2. Tzolis laughing at me from the bench. acute

    • The same here, together with Mbeumo who I got rid of for Cherki. Despite telling Bees on here a few days ago that we might have missed the Cherki train I joined the bandwagon. Hey ho, live and learn mda

      • I had Tzolis in until the last minute when I put DCL, who did nothing, back in.

        • Tzolis got another YC as well which is a bit of a worry, DCL really needs to be getting more goals!

  3. I got 60pts with my FH, If I had played my actual team I would have got 49pts.

    • That’s a win!
I played my TC, and got 9 points more than I would have. But it actually nearly halved my rank!
So even though it was a pretty low score, it’s still a win for me! 😉

  4. Who are the best assets to bring in going forward?

Ideally I would like to ditch Lammens and mbuemo.

    I have 3ft and 0.5 itb

    • Does Lammens to a 4.5 GKP + Mbeumo to Palmer work?
Couldn’t check your team as the profile is linked to someone else’s team.

      • No sorry, that leaves you short. Gonna have to think about something else (maybe Rogers instead of Palmer, or make a 3rd money-saving trade)

        • Rogers is okay over Palmer imo.

        • I will look into Rogers and the link to my team. (I know it used to work)

      • Ok hopefully to the link to my team is correct now

        • It is difficult to know what to do at the moment, especially with all the price changes, I have had to take a -4pt hit sad

When are you thinking about using your WC? I think most are looking at the international break.

        • Terminators. I will probably stick to my usual time of doing my WC at Christmas just before it runs out.

I know it may not be the best time, but I usually set it up for the January fixtures etc. plus no afcon next year, so haven’t got that to worry about

  5. I really should not have picked Lammens as my GK, should have just stuck to Raya. Across, Hull, Ipswich and Everton, a grand total of 5 points. When I WC, will definitely say adios to Lammens.

  6. Who will bring the most points, Gakpo, Odegaard or Rogers? Need one of them.
    Thanks!

    • I’ve had Odegaard from the start Bees – pretty happy with him, but like all assets, you begin to think that you’d want all those shiny new toys, and so all this noise on the socials creates FOMO. But quite honestly for the attacking upside, both Gakpo and Rogers are really tempting. Maybe Rogers for the foreseeable future, seeing how Chelsea are attacking. But that’s just a guess.
For my team, am doing Ndyiae (I always spell it wrong!) to Palmer – seems like a real upgrade to me,! Can’t afford Rogers as the 2nd free trade, so am eyeing off a decent replacement for Andy Robbo! That’s a long reply I know, so hope I’ve floated some useful ideas. Otherwise, just more AJW blah blah! smile

      • Just to add that I originally went for 2 Arsenal mids + Calafiori, because of what seemed to be a potent attacking side that we hadn’t seen regularly in the past. But I think they’ll alternate between that and the strong defensive tactics, depending on the opposition. Maybe just stating the obvious here! 😉

      • Thanks AJW. Appreciate your comments. I ended up not bringing in any of them for now. Had to deal with getting a defender and brought in Palmer.
        All the best this week!

        • Pretty much what I did too Bees – got in Palmer (for Ndyiae) and traded Robbo out to get L Hall from Newie!
They seem like team upgrades to me! smile

    • All three? laugh

If I had to rank them I think I’d go Odegaard, Rogers, then Gakpo… but it’s close!
