Fantasy Football Live Match Chat Game-week 10 – Fantasy Premier League 2015/16

Fantasy Football Live Match Chat Game-week 8GW10 is live! No lunch time kick-off this week, but we do have five fixtures starting up at 3pm. We see the useless Panther visit what amounts to his equivalent, but in a manager role in Sherwood, as the Swans visit the Villans. In other action Vardy looks to continue his immense form against Palace, Stoke’s boring eleven tangles with the equally boring Watford, The Hammers have grandpapi Costa come over at The Boleyn Ground for what promises to be a shovy affair, while in the last fixture of the day the Gooners take on the Toffees in what hopefully turns out to be an up and down game with Romelu and Theo or Giroud missing clear chances.

On Sunday we have four fixtures. We started it off with the Tyne-Wear Derby. All the new Wijnaldum investors will be interested to see what their new hero will do versus the laughable defending of the Black and Blue Cats. Expect a blank for your point chasing. That cracker of a game is followed by two fixtures kicking-off a few minutes after 2pm. Spurs will look to take advantage of a Bournemouth side who is likely to give it up easy now after having their Cherry popped last GW by the Citizens. We also see the Manchester derby in this time slot. We know that everyone will be paying close attention to the midfield match-up of Yaya vs Wayne. Super excited to see these two lay up against each other like two old and tired fighters in the 10th round. In the last fixture of the day and the game-week at that, the Kloppites look for their first win when Cedric “clean sheet…less” Soares and the Saints drop by Anfield. The high press vs the high press, expect this game to come down to a terrible mistake from either Fonte or Mignolet/Skrtel to the opposing striker.

Don’t forget to also share any experiences if you are participating in any or several of the FanTeam.com leagues. Remember scores update in real time, so don’t be shy and let us know how much you are in line to win.

  1. Best replacement for gomis?
    Lukaku?
    Bony?
    Studge? Or?

  2. Just a quick note lukaku is hot and cold kane altho done well yesterday isn’t quite on it ok he had a great game yesterday and villa up next but for long term Giroud is the inform striker so I’ll be doing martial / Giroud
Didn’t do to bad this gw all green flags smile

    • DC, giroud would always be the first option if he gets proper game time..its every time a gamble to include him to the team..i guess it depends on the fixture and necessity that wenger chooses between him and walcott..so, no for me.

      • Pretty sure he’ll get game time..wally on the right sanchez in the hole..fair point tho mate..I see your kane prediction came up trumps 😉

      • Haha..thanks there DC..yupp sometimes instinct does work.the expensive brats seem to have planned out their scores for every week.cant always rely on the gut feeling though. hope to see lukaku repeat the same this week.cheers

        • Will be keeping a close eye on your predictions from now on haha

  3. thoughts guys

    Begovic Rudd
    Kolarov Naughton Janmaat Francis Oxford
    Sanchez Kdb Mahrez Payet Westwood
    Costa Vardy Pelle

1 FT and 1.8 mn in the bank

    • Nishant, You have a great playing team. Wud only suggest costa to lukaku..and save the funds for aguero.

  4. Good morning all has someone forgot to re-set the time.

  5. Hi everyone, just 43 this week but the others in my MLs and H2H did worse so I’m happy enough! Early days but I’ve got so many potential transfer targets I’d appreciate any thoughts about who I should prioritise with my 2ft. Looking at Ozil, Mane or Barkley in for Pedro (bench one of the Leicester players or play AOA while I’ve got a good fifth mid) and Sagna, Stones/Coleman, Alder or a Southampton defender in for Gomez. Considered Martial to Kane too but should probably deal with the injured players first

    • Tommy

I like Pedro to Barkley & Gomez to van Dijk.

      • +1.can also look for Coleman though..

        • +1 yes Coleman or a city/Man U defender

        • Cheers guys, think Barkley can be as explosive as Mane? Fancy Sadio for a few goals and assists in the next two (bou and sun), don’t know much about Barkley as this is just my second year and he wasn’t really a contender last season. Can’t afford coleman with Mane though

        • Tommy..u have a decent team there. As suggested by GP above, u shud right now take care of the injured and stay put.wont term barkley as “explosive”. The only reason we are asking you to consider him is that he has good fixtures ahead and is nailed for sure.he wont score in every game but who knows..this season has been too unpredictable till now. another suggestion would be lukaku but that would mean getting rid of either of your playing forwards. Chees

        • Cheers mate, he’s scored pretty well so far despite having bad fixtures so will strongly consider him, midweek could change everything though!
