How nailed on is clichy to start?

Do you think siggy to Downing is a decent move??

      Raziel says:

I prefer players like Azpi and Zab over Cahill but I choose Cahill because he is always nailed on. If Zab can be rotated, you bet ya Clichy can. It’s a risk you have to take. As a freaking Gooner though. Are you f-ing serious?

      • Mitro says:

Want to get rid of baines or clyne so I’m looking for a suitable replacement that will get me some clean sheets until my jan wildcard!!

      • Mitro says:

Raz – have a look my team mate – need some advice if possible – I’m gradually slipping down the rankings

        • Raziel says:

You look good to go, to be honest. You have been really unlucky if you are slipping. If you have 1 FT I’d keep it and maybe use 2 the next GW. Was thinking of replacing Yaya myself for Silva and upgrade some other player if needed. You sure you want to Cap Yaya? Lamps starting is really messing his chance of making goals up. If that were my team I think I’d go with Austin even. Call my crazy. laugh

        • Mitro says:

I’ve gone from 5k to 14k in 6 weeks or so. Hoping baines puts in a performance tonight to send me back up a few k.

Yeah I don’t think I will be going with YYT probably end up with costa or Austin!! QPR should do well at home this GW!

        • hammers says:

Mito it could be worse- I’ve gone from 5k to 15k in one week. Not having hazard killed me. Hoping for a baines master class tonight and a yun goal would help too!

      Pippin says:

Mitro- I have Clichy and am intending to play him regardless. I hope if Kolarov ever does start that Clichy is unlikely to come on as a sub. I’m not a City fan so can’t comment in detail but I think if you have him, keep him; if you don’t have him, there are safer options elsewhere

      • Mitro says:

After seeing zab getting rested at the weekend, it made me think that no one is nailed to start except for maybe hart and kompany in defence!!

        • Raziel says:

And Kompany is injured. Even Hart can be rotated. Anyway, that’s why I went with the safest option, Cahill. But in order least likely to be rotated (when fit) are: Courtois, Cahill, Ivanovic, Kompany, Hart, Terry.

    AT says:

Hi all. Have £3.8m in the bank and 1FT. What would you do?

    Guzan – Heaton
    Baines – Clyne – Chambers – Naylor – Moore
    Sanchez – Yaya – Hazard – Siggy – Boyd
    Sakho – Bony – Austin

I know my attack is fairly weak but Leicester and West Brom for the <£6m pair makes me think they should stay for this week.

Pantilimon for Guzan would give great rotation for till the end of the January wildcard.

Want Eriksen for Boyd but it would leave me with a selection dilemma between Sakho and Austin.

    Thanks.
