Fantasy Football Live Match Chat Game-week 22 – Fantasy Premier League 2015/16

Fantasy Football Live Match ChatGW22 is live! Nothing like the sweet smell of a lunch time kick-off. Spurs welcome in the lamb for slaughter when Sunderland pays them a visit and that is followed by 5 three o’clock games. Bournemouth entertains Norwich in a fixture that entertains no one, Chelsea welcomes in their superstar Lukaku…oh wait. City pummels Palace in Manchester, while Newcastle looks to halt the Frenchman (oddly enough) Payet. In other action the Saints will look to entice Pulis and his men to actually come out from their own 18 yard box. In the last fixture of the day, we see if the Leicester duo remember how to kick a donkey when they face off versus the ass, Villa.

On Sunday we see two games to add to our FPL totals. In the best fixture of the week and by ‘best’ I am just looking to make United and LFC fans feel better about themselves, Liverpool will play host to the revolutionary attacking side that is Man United. In the late game, Stoke will look to get a result versus another good side at home when they play host to Arsenal.

Monday sees the end of the game-week when the somehow defensively fantasy relevant Swans look to contain the man known by one name, Odion…sorry, Ighalo.

Saturday in full…

Spurs v Sunderland 12:45pm

Bournemouth v Norwich 3pm

Chelsea v Everton 3pm

Man City v Crystal Palace 3pm

Newcastle v West Ham 3pm

Southampton v West Brom 3pm

Aston Villa v Leicester 5:30pm

Sunday sees two fixtures…

Evening all! Lots of good scores this week. Sitting on 54 with Ighalo to play. Could have been worse!

Brought in Jags and Aguero with my FTs. Anything else to do with this lot, or should I stay committed to them? LOL.

Ok so I had a couple of shandys then logged in to my fantasy team at about 2 in the morning and decided it was imperative I take a hit and transfer I Kun!
Was it worth it, you yell me if you can?
I transfered out Smalling, Atnautovic and Vardy and brought in Daniels, Stanislas and Kun.
Also which keeper to start – Cech or Butland?

No idea db, but what’s done is done! I’d probably play Cech purely on the basis that Arsenal have only conceded 6 at home but both will probably concede in all likelihood.

Thanks init, yep no point dwelling over it c’est la vie! Might decide on the keeper after a couple of glasses of Haig Club, no point in changing a system eh and you never know making all my choices for this gw whilst drunk might show some improvement ?

It’s an interesting strategy! May as well try it mate! I wouldn’t like to slander but I’m pretty sure B-Bash had a similar one the other season judging by the comments and he nearly won the bloody thing! That said, pretty sure Silvers does too…. laugh

    Good evening everyone.

I had a dreadful Saturday night when I realised I had Gosling and Daniels on my bench but 24 hours on and luckily I get Gosling at least because there’s been no Ozil.

Now, if only Ighalo could be injured for one week only . . .

    Too much? :winktongue:

I’ve got 2FTs coming, and I’m puzzled by a couple of issues. One, I guess, is a perennial, and that is the rotation of Man City fullbacks. A friend got burned by WCing for Sagna, among others, and ended up looking at Zabs, after a season of Sagna. Is Zabaleta coming back in for a run, or is Pellegrini just being unpredictable?

And Myhill. I thought Foster was coming back, pretty permanently, and couldn’t find any talk. Fortunately, I had the brass to stick with Butland, but I don’t know whether I have cover, or not.

    Comments appreciated.

I think taking any City fullback brings its own risk. That’s a given so unless you have a back-up you are happy with, you just cross your fingers and hope your man doesn’t just get 10 mins.

The trouble as I see it is City are still going in four competitions so rotation will occur more often than not. I’d wide berth a City fullback personally.

I’m sure Foster will be back soon and the No 1 shirt will be his. As long as you have Butland you can monitor the WBA situation.

        GP,

Many thanks. I really appreciate the wisdom about City; I hadn’t thought about the number of competitions they have to manage. I do hope they keep Kun out of the Cup competitions.
And the Foster comment puts my mind at ease. I can roll a FT into gw 24. Onwards.

66 points with Ighalo still to play.
Happy with that this GW I guess.

    How everyone else do?

Great week for Kane but I’m thinking of transferring him for Lukaku, based on the next two fixtures. Am I mad?
