Fantasy Football Live Match Chat Game-week 22 – Fantasy Premier League 2015/16

Fantasy Football Live Match ChatGW22 is live! Nothing like the sweet smell of a lunch time kick-off. Spurs welcome in the lamb for slaughter when Sunderland pays them a visit and that is followed by 5 three o’clock games. Bournemouth entertains Norwich in a fixture that entertains no one, Chelsea welcomes in their superstar Lukaku…oh wait. City pummels Palace in Manchester, while Newcastle looks to halt the Frenchman (oddly enough) Payet. In other action the Saints will look to entice Pulis and his men to actually come out from their own 18 yard box. In the last fixture of the day, we see if the Leicester duo remember how to kick a donkey when they face off versus the ass, Villa.

On Sunday we see two games to add to our FPL totals. In the best fixture of the week and by ‘best’ I am just looking to make United and LFC fans feel better about themselves, Liverpool will play host to the revolutionary attacking side that is Man United. In the late game, Stoke will look to get a result versus another good side at home when they play host to Arsenal.

Monday sees the end of the game-week when the somehow defensively fantasy relevant Swans look to contain the man known by one name, Odion…sorry, Ighalo.

Saturday in full…

Spurs v Sunderland 12:45pm

Bournemouth v Norwich 3pm

Chelsea v Everton 3pm

Man City v Crystal Palace 3pm

Newcastle v West Ham 3pm

Southampton v West Brom 3pm

Aston Villa v Leicester 5:30pm

Sunday sees two fixtures…

Liverpool v Man Utd. 2:05pm

    Eagle says:

Here’s hoping for Ayew (11.5% ownership) and Ighalo (40% ownership) to have a quiet game tonight.

A 1-1 draw with goals from Ki (1.7%) and Watson (0.2%) would be great so my ranking doesn’t suffer much.

      Mitro says:

I need ighalo to get booked, score an own goal and then get sent off

      • Eagle says:

Ha ha Mitro. I think at least one of the last two would be perfect. Nice scoring this GW Mitro. I’m currently on 61. I activated my AOA chip but Sagna and Ozil didnt play. So will my formation revert depending on my first two subs? In other words will i get Evans 1point and Darmian 6 pts added in and end up with a 3-4-3 formation instead of the AOA 2-5-3? So i should end up with a score of 61 + 7 (bench pts) = 68?

        • Mitro says:

Nice score mate – Ighalo has been killing me over the past few weeks plus the leader in my main ML has him so I need a fail this GW!

        • Eagle says:

Yea me too. I have never owned Ighalo and he has been an annoying player fpl wise not to have since only 3 forward slots.

Mitro so what do you think regarding my question on the AOA chip?

        • Mitro says:

All I know is that’s it’s gone mate

        • Raziel says:

You lost your chip Eagle. Looked like the perfect weekend to play it with Alli/Payet/Ozil/KdB/Mahrez. THey did shit all though. FFS! Anyway, this weekend was as good as any. Before someone here told me that the AOA was a useless chip, my nemesis used it in a gw he got like 81 points with all the mids delevering (apart from 1). ^^

      • Mitro says:

But yeah I would expect those players to come in for you

      The B says:

If Taylor keeps a clean sheet, Ill keep a full house of clean sheets this GW.

Goal less draw please. Or a 1-0 win to Swansea.

      EBC says:

      I’d take that.

If I’m being greedy. Watson to score early then Rangel to come on after 20 minutes to get a goal and clean sheet.

    MattX says:

Lads who would you rather sell Nyom or Souare??

    constantine says:

Matt..fixtures favour Souare..he also takes much forward stances. even i hve him since GW3 i guess..but, he hasnt proved that great a buy to me yet..sporadic cleanies might occur

    nishant says:

Does Smith face any competition from Elphick?
is he gonna lose his place?

how does the Bournemouth back work?
    Daniels and Francis are nailed

    what’s the rest?

some help would be greatly appreciated

    • 161.1
      The B says:

Francis has given up his RB spot to cover for Elphick, due to which Smith is currently playing on RB. Yes, Francis is a versatile defender, but I believe his preferred spot is RB where he started the season.

So when Elphick returns from injury, which is unknown, Francis will move back to RB, Smith will move to the bench, and Elphick will return to his CB role.

But probably double check that before making a transfer.

    Snookie Bear says:

Claudio Ranieri has confirmed he has stripped Riyad Mahrez of penalty duties following his miss against Aston Villa.
The Algeria international has been in sparkling form this season, but has twice missed from the spot to cause Leicester City to drop Premier League points.
Mahrez’s effort was saved by Mark Bunn in the 1-1 draw with Villa and he also failed to convert against AFC Bournemouth in a 0-0 draw on January 2.
“He was a little sad. I said to him: ‘Come on man, even champions miss penalties, just concentrate on keeping your form going’,” Ranieri said.
“I said: ‘You have to stay calm. Don’t worry, I’m happy with you. It doesn’t matter’.
“It was a good chat with him. I spoke to him and said I’m going to change things for now to take the pressure off and when I think the time is right I’d give it back to him.
“I don’t know who is going to take them. I will speak to the players. Leo Ulloa took some last season but it could be Jamie Vardy, I will speak to him.”
