Fantasy Football Live Match Chat Game-week 23 – Fantasy Premier League 2014/15
GW23 is live! We hope you are happy with your transfers, your line-up and your all important captain selection as there’s little else you can do now other than sit back and watch the action unfold. Live Match Chat is your chance to have your say on the line-ups as they are announced, the games as they happen and the fallout afterwards!
This round of fixtures sees us off with a lunch time kickoff and what a game we have in store. A battle between a Hull team who couldn’t score on the FF247 writers versus a side who lost their heart and soul when the silver fox took his talents to Crystal Palace. Luckily some actual FPL talent hit the pitch with six 3pm games. Including a battle at Anfield when former Liverpool heroes Downing and Carroll pay a visit. The best fixture of the GW caps the Saturday games. As City looks to revive their hopes of challenging for the title with a visit to Stamford Bridge. Sunday brings us the last two fixtures of the GW, with Arsene’s men chasing down that coveted 4th place title vs the goal scoring machine of Aston Villa. We then finish the GW off with the surprising Saints as they look to continue their inspiring march towards the champions league.
Don’t forget to also share any experiences if you are participating in any or several of the woofbet.com leagues. Remember scores update in real time, so keep checking back in and see where you stand in the leaderboard.

Interested to know people’s thoughts on Zouma. Played well eysterday and gained a lot of praise from ex-players after his ‘MOM performance’. Has he replaced Cahill or would you expect him to just get a bit more game time than before? Looks a steal at 4,6m IF he plays every weekend.
I was thinking of bringing him in for betrand!! With Mourinho you just don’t know what he will do with his defence
Same. The next three fixtures serve as excellent cover for Bertrand. In fact, I would prefer a Chelsea defender with their next three fixtures, but will he play? And I can’t afford Azpi.
I’ve got 1.6 so might go with Terry or azpillicueta to be on the safe side
I’d go Azpi if I were you. Feel like Zouma, the ‘new Maldini’ could be worth a punt.
Remember Chelsea have blank coming
AT – what about Man City def they do have hull next week
Dreamers – good shout!
3rd 3rd 3rd 3rd 5th…… Got 100 euros…… Its a rollercoaster
Hate to double post but would you please be so kind as to give me a 2nd opinion folks?
Option 1:
Pantilimon Mannone
Terry Clyne PVA Wisdom Baird
Silva Hazard Sanchez Cazorla Cork
Aguero Giroud Kane
Option 2:
Foster Myhill
Terry Clyne PVA Bellerin Baird
Silva Hazard Sanchez Sterling Cork
Aguero Giroud Kane
I like 2, do you have 0.1 to upgrade Baird?
Perhaps Wasilewski?
I do have the .1. Wasi’s an option. Wasn’t too fond on Baird. Cheers!
Bellerin n Sterling over wisdom n Cazorla?
Why is that better?
Triple arse attack makes me nervous in case they blank, hence the debate. Caz has better fixtures than sterling and I’m on Caz at the moment. Triple CHE a few weeks back worked fine for me though… Sigh I’m in two minds.
Option 2
First one
2. And ditch Baird for Wasilewski if you can afford it.
Good shout with Cork btw.
Thanks! Wasi’s in for sure.
Evening all I turned the TV for the last 10 mins to watch the game & what happens Bertrand decides to be a T–t
Was I watching on a different channel? Bertrand got the ball, yes he was clumsy and it deserved a free kick and maybe a yellow card but I didn’t see it as malicious. Decent chance of an appeal, I’d have thought.
He went over the ball I think Gw
Hi gkw looked like two foot challenge both feet of the ground don’t thk there will be any appeal
Would anyone consider doing Silva to Santi to free up funds for Studge?
Yep
I reckon both Cazorla and Silva are must-haves. I still don’t see Sturridge as necessary.
Not yet anyway
Shotts- Silva v Hull
Pool v Everton
Arsenal v Spurs
Wud keep Silva if had him.
Studge loves playing v Toffees. Scored against them home and away last season. Studge would replace Kane though, his fixtures are not the best but everyone has him now.
Ok dreamers it makes sense. I think downgrading the out going Bertrand would leave me with enough.
Ok what are people’s plans to replace D head Bertrand , do we do a str swap with Clyne or another
I’m not sure whether to go Clyne or risk Zouma because of Chelsea’s fixtures. Think they will appeal it?
Hey AT don’t thk they will appeal looked like both feet of the ground Ars have good fixtures so might have a look @ there def
I’m hoping Alderweireld is back. It’s him I wanted anyway.
Annoyingly I only went with Bertrand over Clyne because he was due a price rise.
Ebc- believe his stars were better so it was a logical call.
Bellerin?
