GW27 is now two weeks away and allows the opportunity to digest the fact that there will be a reduced pool to choose from next time as Everton, Liverpool, Man City and Newcastle all miss out next week. We’d never have played Olsson anyway to be honest so we’re relaxed about that one.
However, Costa is hurting us!! The transfer was all agreed and we almost pressed the button but decided to wait for the presser!

My sympathies, having done some truly dumb things this year. When I’m being a bit more philosophical, I just remind myself how many questionable moves my league opponents have made. I can’t help admiring all the “stars” sitting on other benches.
But-main point-it’s been a crazy year. I’m also in a prediction league (win/lose/draw, exact score), and the average score today, over 7 games, is a little over 1 (out of 27), where you get 3 points for an exact score, one for the direction of the result.
Just guard those chips, and that free card. Better times to come.

Hi Ki, I’d like to believe that they are but the way it’s gone this year for that team I’m fairly convinced we will play the WC to set up for a DGW BB and then it’ll snow and they’ll all be called off. In April.
