Fantasy Football Live Match Chat Game-week 32 – Fantasy Premier League 2014/15

Fantasy Football Live Match Chat Game-week 32GW32 is live! Once again we are blessed with a lunch time kickoff. This time we start the game-week with the Toffees paying a visit to Wales. Shockingly, Everton has 3 wins on the bounce, this of course all coming after it was stated here on LMC, how inconsistent and crap they had been all season. After the visit to Swansea we are treated to five delicious encounters and by delicious I mean only if you haven’t seen food for days and are absolutely starving. Saints welcome in Hull who are on their farewell tour as the Tigers look headed to the zoo called the Championship. In other action we see the Sherwood derby as Villa pay a visit to Tottenham and get to hear the chants from the Spurs faithful about Timmy’s many accomplishments. Sunderland and their manager Dick square off against a dick of another kind in Pardew. The Baggies play Leicester in a match up where only managers with West Brom defenders will care and that is still a lot more concern than anyone will have for the Hammers versus the Potters. In the last game of the day hard charging Arsenal look to further cement their second place trophy and Burnley look to pass the ball to Boyd and hope.

On Sunday we have two fixtures. Loftus Road welcomes the Champions to be Chelsea in all their smugness. That is followed by the one and only Manchester derby. This fixture could go a long way in determining who will finish third and who will finish Arsenal (4th)

In the last game of the GW, Liverpool welcome a team also thinking about what golf courses to visit over the summer. The Toon are done and after the last two games, Liverpool understand that feeling. Nevertheless I am sure Krul will be looking to hand out a goal of the match award to any Liverpool player, so at least that is something to look forward to.

Don’t forget to also share any experiences if you are participating in any or several of the woofbet.com leagues. Remember scores update in real time, so don’t be shy and let us know how much you are in line to win.

Evening all. Ended up on 50 points not the best.

      NIN says:

shanec – 2 Chelsea and 2 Liverpool should cut it, i reckon. If the Chelsea players are all you’ve got then maybe bring in Skrtel and a mid/Sturridge?

Hi shane, 50 ain’t that bad this week at all from what I’ve seen. Anyway as for the DGW I’ve got those 2 also and (don’t laugh) Remy. I’ll be adding a Pool mid, Coutinho / Sterling or Hendo depending on budget constraints and then either a Pool defender or a straight out punt on one of the others like a cheap Hull or Leicester forward. Ideally I’d like Sturridge but that’s not likely to happen unless I lose Aguero and he’s got Villa that week so that’s probably a no no.

I plan on picking up Schlupp, Cambiasso, Henderson, Sturridge in addition to Terry and Hazard

Hey folks, who are peeps (initt, gallant, kop, elleffcee?) selecting for Uefa CL fantasy this week? Midfielders are especially tough to choose from as only a few stand out (Gotze, Koke, Bale maybe?). Third striker spot is a tough one too!

    Morning everyone.

No players tonight so a definite fall back on last nights rank but I’ve broken back in to the top 50K after a nightmare spell so I’m very pleased.

So who’s DGW plans are now a lot clearer that Cesc has avoided the suspension?

    I think I’ll line up with Terry/Hazard/Cesc and Henderson/Sterling/Sturrirge for a combined -8.

Went up from 6800 yesterday morning to 3500 I will lose a few today though, nobody left to play..

Morning GP. I am pleased with my ranking too this week, not a great season for me but managed to break the 100k this week, hopefully sterling will keep me there smile

The DGW is a headache for me not enough cash or transfers!

      Morning GP!

I think I’ll be going for the same combo of pool players! Got hazard and azpillicueta at the moment to I may go with cesc if not I have sufficient funds to upgrade rose to Terry!! Unfornuately my hit will be -12 smile

      NIN says:

Morning GP. Glad to hear you’re climbing the rankings again after the tough spell, mate. Well deserved. My team will sink a bit today as i’ve no-one left to play either. As for the DGW, I’m likely going to have Ivanovic, Skrtel, Hazard and one of Henderson/Coutinho. It’ll take a hit to get the Liverpool players so to get any more will take multiple hits for me.

      • NIN

Cheers mate. I think the last DGW showed that if you get the right players in (i.e Austin, Phillips, and Benteke) then a hit (or two) to get them in could be a drop in the ocean compared to your potential GW score. It’s getting the right ones in. I wouldn’t take more than -8 but even that will take some careful thought.

        • NIN says:

Well said. It’s a mistake i used to make a lot, just buying players willy nilly because of the double they had. You’re dead right, just the right ones and no need to go mad after that. I think a -8 might be a bit of a stretch, what with it not being a massive DGW. You taking that hit in one go, or over two GW’s?

        • NIN,

Save this week and then 2 free ones and two hits next week. And I will leave it as late as possible and see if it feels right.

Got a team for this week.

        • NIN says:

Interesting. Good that you have a team this week. I was facing ten men with either Cameron or Lescott on the field. -4 taken to fix that. Yeah, wise to wait as late as possible before taking a big hit.

        • NIN says:

GP – If you line up with those six for the double, who would you be looking at for capo? I’m genuinely considering Skrtel.

        • NIN

          If fit, probably Sturridge pal.

      Super Hans says:

Mine are crystal clear now and just made my moves, don’t know why I couldn’t see it before but I’ve sold Sanchez and will him back in 36 with Giroud.

I now have a really strong looking GW33 with 3 Chelsea and 1 Leicester, will take a hit to get 2 Liverpool next week so I have 6 doublers and then do nothing in 35 and bring 2 Arsenal in 36 with a 3rd in 37.

Losing Sanchez opened it all up, didn’t want to but in reality I will be losing him for a blank and Chelsea, can swallow Hull because I will have 5 Chelsea and Liverpool home to QPR and Palace then get him straight back with Giroud.

I know it’s a bit early, but this is my team for GW33. What do you think?
