    So glad I gave Vardy the sunderland game before taking him out for a DGW’er will get him back when Lukaku blanks in GW35

    Due to the player constraints of my Spurs league, I have to take the Newcastle players seriously-Janmaat (if fit), Wijnaldum and Mitrovic. Any one following them closely enough to know if yesterday was a concession speech, or will they actually show up for Rafa and the dgw?

    I have a FT. Bank is zero.
    I’m worrying about Rashford, Cech, Sakho, Coutinho and De Bruyne. sad

    What would you do before bench boost this gw?
    Robles** Migno**
    Bellerin** Gabriel** Smalling** Delaney** Simpson
    Sanchez** Coutinho** Payet** Barkley** Mahrez
    Aguero** Lukaku** Rashford**

    1.5 ITB, 1FT.
    Was planning Barkley->Firmino all week, but now a bit sure, 4 goals, NO involvement.
    Barkley->Milner perhaps?
    Or Mahrez->Milner?

    All thoughts appreciated, thanks in advance smile

    Think next season (unless next week is amazing) I’ll take a more measured approach to DGW. My original plan was to keep the core of my team and bring in some key DGW players which on reflection would have given me a bit of insurance this week. I went for it instead with 13 DGW players and I’ve ended up around 50 points worse off, lost another 30 points on my mini league top 3 ( who all played their chips early in the season) and with quite a few question marks over some of my DGW players I’m not convinced that the squad I have will do much next week. I think a lot of people are feeling the same this morning which is some comfort! Oh and I def think newcastle are doomed so all in all a shit football related weekend for me! Roll on 2016/2017 .. My second season in FPL will be mine oh yes it will be mine… Righto off to work…

    Anybody now re thinking their chip strategy ?? Think I’m gonna TC in gw34 as a bench of Darlow,Delaney,Lanzini and Gabriel ( will he be rotated ? ) looks a bit shaky.It may actually outscore my triple captain,but I’m thinking of building a good bench between now and the end of the season (and not necessarily dgw players) that is capable of outscoring that and playing it either gw37 or 38.Thoughts on that ? What was a 14 point deficit I was chasing is now 47 points so.

      I am for sure not deviating from original plan, used wc for BB and wouldn’t make sense not to play it now due to a minor set back. Besides Gabriel is the one that looks to be rotated imagine thw the rotation after Leic win the league, gw 37 looks more riskier now for BB as even regulars may get rotated

      • Magichatmatt says:

        I am committed to gw34 also…… too much invested in it to back out…. 15 doubles and bb active!

        For me 34 had better fixtures than 37 and I made that choice 2 weeks ago now. Rotation could mess things up a bit but to be honest by gw37 rotation could be even worse as more teams have less to play for and top 4 / relegation spots are already decided.

        After gw34 we can judge the decisions properly

      • colonial says:

        Well I am pleased that I studied the strategy as explained by DMC in fantasy Football tips GW31 – which was basically not to WC DGW34 but wait until DGW37 and just try and keep 8 -10 doublers for GW34 without losing your strong players and BB in GW34. You could then apply WC for GW37 to stack 11doublers (9 guaranteed 44 pts)
        With 85pts this week so far it has worked wonders and the attack is still to come as is TC too !! Well done DMC.

        • DMC says:

          Well done to you colonial! That surely took a great ammount of constraint and patience to not chase this dgw. We’ll see how it pans in the end but happy days for you as it stands. Keep it going!

        • niknak says:

          I’m in the same boat. I held firm on not playing WC. I was thinking of using it GW36 then TC GW37.
