Fantasy Football Live Match Chat Game-week 6 – Fantasy Premier League 2014/15
The deadline bell has rung and your decisions are final – starting XI, captain and order of your subs has been decided and there ain’t no turning back. GW6 is a strange old week, it starts great with an exciting Saturday and slowly disintegrates to a potential bore-fest. However, fantasy points are available all the way through, so there’s enough action to keep us going. Just.
We kick off with the Merseyside derby at Anfield on Saturday lunchtime – anything to keep those scousers out of the pub before the game – sadly, they’ll probably do a Friday all-nighter instead, completely defeating the point of starting the game early, but whatever. Then at 3pm we have six matches – Chelsea host Villa, Palace welcome Leicester, Man City go to Hull, Man Utd take on West Ham, ‘Arry takes his Rangers back to one of his old haunts down on the South coast and Sunderland do battle with Swansea. Early evening, its derby no.2 as Arsenal take on Spurs at the Emirates, always one to look forward to. And that’s the fun really, though on Sunday Burnley go to WBA and if you still haven’t lapsed into a self-induced coma by Monday then Stoke vs Newcastle may just finish you off.

Evening all, I hope everyones had a good gameweek so far. I have only Begovic to play so fingers crossed.
Anyway, my question concerns next week. I have 3 Chelsea players (Ivan, Fab and Costa) and Welbeck for Arsenal. Should I play Ivan or Welbeck? I’m a gooner but realistically we can’t get anything at the Bridge. + we are weak at corners which could benefit Ivan.

35 points and not moving for me, terrible. Anyway, I’d steer toward Ivan, as even if Chelsea do concede he is an attacking threat. How is your team looking? You looking to get baines in soon enough?
I’ve had a change of heart concerning Baines due to their awful defensive performances of late, will hold onto Ivan or look at cheaper alternatives. 35 is a good score for the week I think.
Pelle and Costa my only noteworthy players, I suppose downgrading Ivan means you could upgrade anywhere else, I’m thinking around Baines and instead Howard and a 4.5 mil keeper but unsure at current
Could always get azpi, 1.3m cheaper than Ivan for essentially the same thing. Howard is a bit iffy this year as well, i’m going to keep an eye out over the next few weeks.
Hey Mr Snow I have same problem will lose Welbeck this wk & put someone else in after CL games but if I where you I would play all 3 Che players if fit
So I’m watching Monday night football hoping for a 0-0 draw which probably won’t happen! It’s a bit depressing

I’d like to get Aguero for Rooney leaving 0.1m. Would Moore of Leicester for Bruce make sense with a 4 point hit or play WC (I’d rather keep it). Cheers
I don’t see a point in taking a hit just to transfer Bruce out for Moore as you’d practically be giving away the CS that you might not even get with Moore (although it’s very much likely that you will). Keep your WC.
