We hope you enjoyed your long summer break. Ahem, let’s try that again. Anyway, you get the picture.
We hope this finds you and all your loved ones relatively safe and well. And welcome back to Live Match Chat. For those of you new to it it’s basically our version of Soccer Saturday but without any annoying flat earthers, big nosed scousers or smarmy Scotsmen. Oh, hang on…
The new season kicks off on Saturday lunchtime with a newly bullish Arsenal taking a trip to see whether Fulham learned any lessons from the last time they mixed it with the big boys.
This is followed by just the one 3pm game as Palace host Southampton.
Saturday finishes with the Champions Liverpool welcoming Leeds back in to the big time at 5.30pm and then Newcastle go to West Ham at 8pm.
On Sunday we have two games beginning with newcomers West Brom stepping back up to host Leicester. Followed by two stalwarts as Everton go to their bogey team Spurs.
Monday is unusual (what isn’t these days) as we have two 8pm games. Brighton host a new look Chelsea team and Sheffield United welcome Wolves.
It is of course a reduced GW in that both Manchester clubs were given a break after their European

who is better for FPL, Salah or Auba? if you have/want to bring in KdB and/or Bruno it would be nice to have all four but it’s not really possible

I have 2.0 ITB so I can wait to see how Son does before I decide who goes before GW2.

Oh nice, I just have 1M so it has to be Auba first, will get Bruno. But I am thinking if I should wait for GW3 since Auba has why, may actually captain him

Waiting for GW3 may be in my decision as well. Maybe waiting to see how ManU hits the pitch first may be wise. KDB may be my first transfer.

My plan is to have Auba, KdB, Bruno and Henderson.
I need to sell either Auba or Salah to get in Kdb and Bruno.

Yeah, I’m going Salah, Auba and Bruno. I guess it’s as the saying goes, you can’t have them all

Yeah, it’s just that feels like KDB and Bruno might match Salah/Auba for less money, can’t have all of them (and there’s no need as Chelsea mids might be a lot better value this season), but it’s going to be a bit of a coin toss which ones to have. Salah won’t score double digits in every game, but it’s just tough to sell now
think I still will though

I think swap to Fernandes for GW2 and 3 then may be swap back again. Man Utds home games are not the best after Palace.

Last season I sold TAA just before the Leicester game. He scored 1+4 and a cleanie in that game

Regretting going with double pool defence already. Although assist for robbo at least. Do I stick with my original plan of selling Salah today for Bruno telling myself to do it no matter what he does. Now can’t bring myself to to it. Worried that Bruno’s price will rocket up this week
