Welcome to Fantasy Football Live Match Chat Gameweek 1. As the great Bruce Buffer would say “IIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIITTTTTTSSS TTIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIMMEE!” Here we go, the planning stage is over and the moment has come to test all your pre-season theories. This season we don’t even have to wait until the weekend either, as the season kicks off on a Friday night. The invincible Arsene Wenger and his boys take on the now “back where they belong” Leicester.
Saturday hits us with a lunch time feast as Watford welcome in Liverpool and their high octane attack. Three o’clock has five fixtures on the slate. The Champs grab their first 3 points when they face Burnley, Palace host newcomer Huddersfield, The Toffees tangle with Stoke, Saints pummel Swansea and The Baggies back from vacation finally after leaving in February mix it up with The Cherries. The Saturday fixtures finish up when recently promoted Brighton tries their hand at figuring out why City paid that much for that defence.
Sunday hits us with the last two fixtures. Newcastle reacquaints themselves with the Premier League when they face Harry Kane and company, geez, what a welcome back. The late game pairs up Man United side versus a Hammers team whose big acquisitions were in part, three old Manchester leftovers, Chicha, Zaba and Hart.

Arsenal’s defensive display was poor. If Kolasinac plays centrally consistently they will concede several a week – he was always up front!
They did create a lot of chances.
Yes. I agree.. they have to work on the def.. If Leicester pierced them imagine what others will do…
hi Char – defence wise, they were terrible. Really terrible. Monreal in the centre of the 3 didnt work. I’m surprised Holding made half time and Kolasinac doesnt look like a CB at all. When they moved to a 4, Ox went right back and Bellerin left back. I would not touch any at this point.
Going forward, some nice intricate play. Ramsay made a difference when he came on, the 90 mins will stand to Ozil who threading some nice balls through. Lacazette looked sharp at times as did Welbeck. Giroud gave them a different angle but dont see Lacazette as a wide player

and on Vardy, unless one of your forwards is injured, you are hardly going to make changes already are you?
No..I won’t make changes…as of now no changes or transfers.. But I was just surprised on bad their defense played today…it won’t help them if they score and concede at the same rate… Looks like an interesting season already..;)
Hmmm…starting to regret my decision to buy Jones. Lindelof is creeping into the predicted line-ups over him. Also, I should have put Lokilo first on my bench if he doesn’t start! Grrrr…

Can’t imagine he will tbh, but it’s a punt as my other two on the bench will play. Been playing almost alongside Benteke in last two pre-season games and impressed massively.
