Welcome to Fantasy Football Live Match Chat Gameweek 10.

No early deadlines this week – not even a Saturday lunchtime kick-off. We don’t get started until 3pm on Saturday. Ah the good old days are back. Well for a week anyway.

We have five 3pm matches to get us under way, some more exciting than others it has to be said.

Brighton vs Wolves and Southampton vs Newcastle have the capability to send the most die-hard footy fan to sleep. Liverpool vs Cardiff will have most of us expecting to need a calculator to total our FPL points, while Bournemouth will be licking their lips at the thought of an afternoon’s shooting practice vs Fulham. Watford vs Huddersfield complete the quintet.

The evening match sees the Hammers & Arnie limp up to Leicester.

The Sabbath sees a Holy Trinity of matches – first up Sarri and his cheer leaders on the bench go to Burnley, while fellow Europa competitors Arsenal cross the Thames to face Palace.

The later game sees Fellaini present host Fellaini past at Old Trafford.

The best may yet be to come though as Spurs host Man City at their temporary housing shelter. Time for Kane or time for Kun?

Enjoy and go well.

The games in full…

Keep track of all the action, the goals, the talking points, right here at FF247 Live Match Chat, an interactive chat which encourages you to keep involved and share your thoughts and emotions as the matches take place.

Ederson with 1 save on 2 bps? How does this shit work? Hhaa.

How does Walker get on 23 bonus points under this system?

Anyone else considering selling Kun? His returns are not great for his price tag, but his high ownership makes not having him potentially very harmful.

      Not just yet.

Don’t get who you would sell him for

      • Kralin says:

There’s some argument I suppose if managers own Sterling as well to move him on for a 90 minute option like Arnie.

But Kun will have plenty of goal-scoring chances.

      • EBC says:

I’m considering a front 3 of Arnie, Wilson, +1 (Murray or Vardy maybe) and going for Hazard, De Bruyne, Salah/Mane.

Something doesn’t feel right about that but the big strikers just aren’t looking like value at the moment.

        • EBC says:

          Something like this…

        • Kruzcampo says:

That is the exact team I will have in a couple of weeks except for Maddison for Kayal. Holebas for Mendy this week for a hit. Then Mitro to Murray and Ings to Wilson.
It seems that if a team keeps a clean sheet the the defence seems to hoover up the BPS unless a mid or forward does something special.
Alonso has 72 points against Auba with 63 but with a 3.9 price difference. I am going with 4 strong defenders and Obiwan.,then 3 top mids and 2 mediums, and Arnie,Murray and Wilson. Change to any formation to take any difficult games into account. I may get burnt a few times when Kun or Kane go off on one. I will see how it goes but where can you find a forward or mid to compare with Alonso at 7 mill ?
Fraser is closest in points at 6.1 and I already own him.
May have to take a hit or 2 to achieve it as I only have 0-.1 left after a dummy run,and need to avoid price rises.

That was the most nervous finish to a match, with two City at the back I felt like I was Msn City fan, getting worked up at every decision that went spurs way!! Very relieved and a good game week for many. Commiserations to those who had a bad one, it’s stilk early days so try not to get too disappointed as next week the luck could be in your favour!
