Fantasy Football Live Match Chat Gameweek 10
Welcome to Fantasy Football Live Match Chat Gameweek 10.
No early deadlines this week – not even a Saturday lunchtime kick-off. We don’t get started until 3pm on Saturday. Ah the good old days are back. Well for a week anyway.
We have five 3pm matches to get us under way, some more exciting than others it has to be said.
Brighton vs Wolves and Southampton vs Newcastle have the capability to send the most die-hard footy fan to sleep. Liverpool vs Cardiff will have most of us expecting to need a calculator to total our FPL points, while Bournemouth will be licking their lips at the thought of an afternoon’s shooting practice vs Fulham. Watford vs Huddersfield complete the quintet.
The evening match sees the Hammers & Arnie limp up to Leicester.
The Sabbath sees a Holy Trinity of matches – first up Sarri and his cheer leaders on the bench go to Burnley, while fellow Europa competitors Arsenal cross the Thames to face Palace.
The later game sees Fellaini present host Fellaini past at Old Trafford.
The best may yet be to come though as Spurs host Man City at their temporary housing shelter. Time for Kane or time for Kun?

*terms and conditions apply and are available upon request. Management reserve the right to review membership of this league on an ongoing basis. If you enter and win a prize you have to have commented on the site at least 5 times for 8 consecutive months between August 2018 and March 2019 or you will not be considered for a prize. That’s basically 1 comment a week all season, we think that’s a reasonable ask to be considered a ‘regular’.

I sold Foster, Cook and Mitrovic – Got Patricio, Mendy and Wilson in my WC.
Foster- Patricio = 2-10 = -8
Cook- Mendy = (expecting 2)-6 = -4
Mitro-Wilson = 13-2=+11
Stephens-Hojberg = Hojberg no show (anyway bench fodder)
Net Score = 11-12 = -1
Last min tried Alonso+Fraser+Jimenez > Rudiger+Deulofeu+Arnie which did not go through; could have been another -3 assuming no CS for Wan-B (second on my bench) vs. Arsenal.
So WC brings no loss no gain for me.

Don’t think so Brook. If Wolves kept clean maybe. Rich, Kun, Mendy, Alonso left. Robo and Arnie not playing which is costly. Bench has a wolves Doherty and some Burnley mud.

Yeah. I was thinking Hazard to Salah and Sterling to KdB all week. But Pools fixture was too good to be true. So hoped for a little pool magic. I also eyed their fixtures after next week. Which are good, very good.

Thinking of this as a -4 for next week. I’d be losing vardy, Schürrle and Alonso. Would that leave me to weak at the back? Brighton are about to go on a 6 game ok fun. So might even put Murray up top

13 off 4 including Maddi playing now. After further thought I will probably do Kun to Arnie and Richarlie to Mane. See what Holebas is up to and shunt him to Mendy. Then I will look to sort out Ings & Mitro. Possibly to Wilson & Murray. But plans nearly always change!

They just say “illness”, hardly anything too serious, will most likely be back in GW11! The fixtures for West Ham are just too juicy (bar City) up until year 2019! Gotta stay patient and play the long game!!!
