Fantasy Football Live Match Chat Gameweek 10

Welcome to Fantasy Football Live Match Chat Gameweek 10.

No early deadlines this week – not even a Saturday lunchtime kick-off. We don’t get started until 3pm on Saturday. Ah the good old days are back. Well for a week anyway.

We have five 3pm matches to get us under way, some more exciting than others it has to be said.

Brighton vs Wolves and Southampton vs Newcastle have the capability to send the most die-hard footy fan to sleep. Liverpool vs Cardiff will have most of us expecting to need a calculator to total our FPL points, while Bournemouth will be licking their lips at the thought of an afternoon’s shooting practice vs Fulham. Watford vs Huddersfield complete the quintet.

The evening match sees the Hammers & Arnie limp up to Leicester.

The Sabbath sees a Holy Trinity of matches – first up Sarri and his cheer leaders on the bench go to Burnley, while fellow Europa competitors Arsenal cross the Thames to face Palace.

The later game sees Fellaini present host Fellaini past at Old Trafford.

The best may yet be to come though as Spurs host Man City at their temporary housing shelter. Time for Kane or time for Kun?

Enjoy and go well.

The games in full…

Keep track of all the action, the goals, the talking points, right here at FF247 Live Match Chat, an interactive chat which encourages you to keep involved and share your thoughts and emotions as the matches take place.

Good luck to absolutely everyone for Gameweek 10 from all at FF247!

the transfer plan for next week was to sell fraser and bring in arnautovic. i may not go ahead with that even if bournemouth has manu at home. if arnie isnt ill, think id do mitro to fraser.

I’m going to stick with Arnie..

      Rosco says:

Yeah I’m in two minds, my plan was ings to success and Wilson to Arnie but will have to give that some thought!

      • eresh12 says:

opps meant to say mitro to arnie**. one thing for sure is ill sell mitro before the pool game

      • eresh12 says:

how was the castle game today rosco?

        • Rosco says:

Not a clue mate I took the dogs out for most of it!! Needed a brake from them! I’ll watch it on MOTD and then drag my sorry ass to St James’ next week to watch Watford turn us over no doubt!

        • eresh12 says:

i feel for rafa man! whats the overall atmosphere down there now? do you think he will be sacked before the international break?

        • Rosco says:

It’s turning a bit nasty, it’ll never get as bad as it got when Pardew was here, that was horrible, the atmosphere was toxic and I didn’t like it one bit. No he won’t get sacked, too much compo to pay, he won’t walk either so I think he’ll see out his contract and leave at the end of the season. I think I’ll sack in my season ticket when that happens. That’s not a snap decision as I’ve had it for 27 years but it’s infuriating knowing that Mike Ashley is taking my money and pocketing it; the mans a crook!

        • Zed Leppelin says:

Soton 0-0 twice in a row now, we are looking horrendous… If you can’t win against us, who can you win? It’s looking grim for both of us at the moment…

        • Rosco says:

Yeah for sure mate, think we’ll go down for sure, I’m past caring if I’m honest, unless we invest in January then it’s curtains. Problem is who the hell wants to play for us!!

        • Zed Leppelin says:

Exactly! When the downward spiral starts, it ain’t easy to stop it!

        • eresh12 says:

that’s very upsetting to hear rosco. really want them to stay up but nothing’s going right at the moment! i was so excited when you guys put 2 past manu in the first 10 minutes. was going to be one of those days but ended up in an old school fergie comback

        • Rosco says:

          Yeah me too mate!
It’s weird I leave the match after a defeat and if I’m doing well in FPL my mood is fine, when I have a bad gameweek I’m devastated; sad state of affairs when I care more about my FPL team than Newcastle!

        • Carolyn says:

Don’t be so hard on yourself, you put many hours and thought into your fantasy team, you have a big fat zero control over Newcastle.

        • eresh12 says:

cheer up rosco mate! im sure there will be a few positives at the end of the season! mike ashley is a a ****.

anyways, what breed are your dogs?

        • Rosco says:

That’s just it Mate I’m genuinely not even upset! I’m on cloud 9 after today’s FPL, my wife is relieved!!
I’ve got a Doberman and an Airedale!

        • Rosco says:

          Here they are!

        • eresh12 says:

im more of a fan of the siberian huskeys but those 2 are so cute man!!

      • Rosco says:

Husky’s are my favorite dog!! Trying to convince the Mrs to get one as our next dog!!

      Kralin says:

I would keep Fraser. Superb enabler, his team’s in great form and he’s performing really well for his price. I know their fixtures have a hellish look about them but Man U have been very wobbly and Bournemouth will have a go against Arsenal I’m sure.

And inbetween the top 6 nightmare stuff there are fixtures with Newcastle and Huddersfield. So for that price I can think of few better. In theory Kenedy could do the same sort of job I suppose.

The way match is going, looks like a Fabianski CS and I benched him, so the probability is even more.

    Zed Leppelin says:

Maddison looks good yet again! Arnie looked good for the last two games… Anyone want to award some points in FPL for looking good? Could be 3pts for someone who looks good, 5pts if he looks amazing all the time, like Maddison (I’m not talking about his looks, he looks very English, of course) smile
