Welcome to Fantasy Football Live Match Chat Gameweek 10.

No early deadlines this week – not even a Saturday lunchtime kick-off. We don’t get started until 3pm on Saturday. Ah the good old days are back. Well for a week anyway.

We have five 3pm matches to get us under way, some more exciting than others it has to be said.

Brighton vs Wolves and Southampton vs Newcastle have the capability to send the most die-hard footy fan to sleep. Liverpool vs Cardiff will have most of us expecting to need a calculator to total our FPL points, while Bournemouth will be licking their lips at the thought of an afternoon’s shooting practice vs Fulham. Watford vs Huddersfield complete the quintet.

The evening match sees the Hammers & Arnie limp up to Leicester.

The Sabbath sees a Holy Trinity of matches – first up Sarri and his cheer leaders on the bench go to Burnley, while fellow Europa competitors Arsenal cross the Thames to face Palace.

The later game sees Fellaini present host Fellaini past at Old Trafford.

The best may yet be to come though as Spurs host Man City at their temporary housing shelter. Time for Kane or time for Kun?

Enjoy and go well.

The games in full…

Keep track of all the action, the goals, the talking points, right here at FF247 Live Match Chat, an interactive chat which encourages you to keep involved and share your thoughts and emotions as the matches take place.

  1. Have 2 forwards and (maybe if Eden’s late night visit was indeed fictive!) a midfielder. That would leave me with 2 midfielders and a defender to replace them, giving a 5 -4 – 1 formation. That’s possible I guess?. Oh well, I hope Jorginho and Obi-Wan perform respectably, in order to match Kayal’s 2 points!

  2. Worst GW of the season till now. 26 points with Hazard as Captain. As per updates , he won’t even play. Hope Richarlison and Mendy do something for me.

    • Plenty more points to flow this week. Or I certainly hope so.

I’m in a similar position to you and am hopelessly reliant on Sterling and one or two others dragging me back up. I made a highly reckless (I had the spurious excuse of being on holiday) move this week, ignoring both Mane (original choice) and Salah. In fact ignoring all logic. When I saw Salah had only scored one yesterday I breathed a sigh of relief – only to then see the assists, the bonus points…

      • I’d not kick myself if Hazard starts today though.. Evenif he scores one shall be fine

    • 26 for me too so far.

But got a few players left. C on Auba so I hope he starts, played 89 mins earlier this week so who knows. Richarlison to come in for Robertson and I’m ok with that, didn’t feel all good to bench him…

    • Could be worse im on 13 points from 5 and my captain has played.

  3. Very odd year this is.My best start ever, inside 10 k till now, even inside 1k in the first 4 gw, but 3 red arrows in a row had as result my current position(18 k). Looks like my decision for wc gw 8 wasn t a good one. i was overwhelmed by my or.Hope everyone here has a green arrow after this gw guys.

    • You’re still flying mate. I’d be made up to have 600+ points

    • It’s a great start. You are in a very good position and there is still a long way to go. It’s a journey

    • I don’t see the problem. Plus you still have lots of keyplayers to go today.

  4. Thoughts on my team please. 1FT 0.9M ITB

    • That’s one expensive bench do you still have a wildcard?

      • Yeah still have wildcard

        • My first thoughts I’d wildcard. But can you lay it out for next week please as you have loads of options

      • Useful bench this week though. I have Robbo,Holebas & now Hazard out,but have Richarlie,Trip & Obi Wan to go on.Quite expensive but the first 2 are good players. I feel that’s what you need with all the rotation and CL & Carabo cup games. Get them out of the way then the Christmas and New Year games arrive.

  5. No Hazard

  6. Well it’s official I won’t be fielding 11 players this week! sad

    • Unlucky mate. But you could have taken a risk with hazard and get someone like Mane. It’s what I did. Salah and Mane for Hazard and Sterling. Of course this doesn’t always pay off but Pools fixture was just too good.
