Fantasy Football Live Match Chat Gameweek 11

Welcome to Fantasy Football Live Match Chat Gameweek 11. We are back with a Saturday lunchtime kick-off as Bournemouth attempt to keep up their recent good form and make Jose even more miserable and negative, if that is indeed possible. We then have just four games at 3pm ahead of an extended and unusual evening program. At 3pm we have Cardiff hosting Leicester in what will be an emotion filled occasion, Everton will be looking to get back to winning ways with a home game against traditionally poor travellers Brighton, Newcastle will be seeking, and probably failing to get, their first win against a more than vibrant Watford and West Ham will have the red carpet out for Joe Hart.

Saturday evening is a husband’s delight and a wife’s nightmare and many a remote will be wrestled over. And no doubt many a husband banished to the shed to watch the games on their mobile! Arsenal play Liverpool in the traditional 5.30pm slot before we then get the bonus of Spurs going to Wolves at 7.45pm. Both could be crackers in their own right.

Sunday is a bit of a strange one as the two games overlap each other. Man City kick us off at 3pm as they see how many they can put past Southampton in what is usually referred to as ‘shooting practice’. Chelsea and Palace then lock horns at 4pm in a local (ish) derby.

The gameweek concludes on Monday with a preview (the way things are looking) of one of next seasons Friday Night Championship clashes as Huddersfield host Fulham.

The games in full…

  1. Was thinking about Patricio to Fabianski this week, but seems like Hammers just can’t defend! I’m not so sure on that anymore… Only one save too, perhaps Ryan would be better? Or just keep Patricio?

    • One more bad fixture for Patricio I’d say just ride it out. He’s good at pen saves I think so might be due one of them

      • Smash, I am on the verge of using the WC as well. I am not sure I will keep that overpriced one goal Salah. This time the cash will go for good courses.

        • I mean you keep him for Fulham. But even I’m thinking maybe Salah and Kane are just a rip off price wise

        • That is true. Kane is another too much money for nothing player. I can’t wait to see the back of GW 12 and activate the WC. Lots of decisions to be made during the IB.

        • Salah is getting exactly similar opportunities like last season, but not able to place them with precision. May be he got an eye power. smile

    • Hey Zed. I was thinking that too but I don’t like using a FT on keepers so I’d just leave Patricio in. He’s getting plenty save points so there’s that.

    • hi Zed. you already have Zab too so would just stay as is keeper wise

    • Yeah, cheers all! Will just stay put!

  2. What a weird round. Just 13 points from 6 while My Rules team is on 52 with Kepa, Mitro and captain Mahrez to go :noshake:

    • That’s just the way the cookie crumbles for you mate, always the same! How can your My Rules and B teams always outscore your main team? 😆

      • Too much thinking about it, that’s why. Yet again the B one is doing better on 20 with Mitro/Luiz/Barkley/Bilva/Laporte/Kun(C) to play. I might just delete the main one 😆

  3. Got my team into rather a mess. Need some help please. 1ft 4.0 itb

    • There’s not much wrong with that mate. I actually rather like it. I’d wait to hear some news on Bellerin and news dependant use that FT on him.

    • got some nice form teams/players there. not seeing huge amount wrong. what are your concerns?

    • Agree with Matt + Dreams here. Could even save the ft.

    • Salah in for Sterling

  4. I just watched the highlights from yesterday.
Vardy got a goal stopped by a blatant handball and no penalty was granted nor red card given. Annoying as a Vardy owner!

  5. Man City v Saints
