Fantasy Football Live Match Chat Gameweek 12
Welcome to Fantasy Football Live Match Chat Gameweek 12. Friday night football is back! Don’t get too excited…it’s a bottom of the table clash as Norwich host Watford. Given how bad these two teams are it could be anything from a scoreless draw to a 5-5 cracker. The safe bet is a boring scoreless draw.
Saturday kicks off at lunchtime as an in form Chelsea team host a Palace side who have taken one point from their last three games. 3pm sees a battle between two teams in freefall as Burnley host West Ham. Bournemouth face the long trip north to play Newcastle. Southampton host Everton in a game that will challenge Friday night’s game for the worst game of the weekend! John Lundstram travels to London to face Spurs. Saturday draws to a conclusion as free scoring Leicester host a clueless Arsenal side.
There are two games at 2pm on Sunday as United host Brighton and Wolves host Villa in what is likely to be a fiery Midlands derby. They have unquestionably saved the best for last as at 4:30pm Liverpool host Man City in a game that will play a large part in deciding where the PL title ends up.
The games in full…

Things are looking up since I wildcarded, up to 130k rank now!! Thanks for the adivce folks!
What a win for the pool today. Outrageous match to watch too. Some great goals!
Now a bad week. Happy enough especially with captain pick of vardy.
Have 2 FT for next week, thinking of cancelo to Angelino and then I’m not too sure other than that.
Anyone tempted on Salah and mane double up?
Already there myself. Can you afford it though? Or is Sterling leaving if you do.
Most likely a sterling out job. And saying that makes me realise he’s got a few more points to give this season. Expecting city to bounce back big time next fixture
75 for me and I benched Sterling and KDB who both scored 2 pointers. Result :big-lol:
Link your team? :wink2:
How do I do that?
I think I have linked my team. Can someone see if they can see it and let me know?
Good one Kruz.
Thanks mate, finally succeeded with the team linking.
I was only joking Kruz! Seemed an apt thing to say after all the other link requests that were flying around
Seriously…
Ginormous cohonies there mate. Kudos
Wow 😯
86 (-4) here. Feels like the new template is forming..
I’m not convinced. On the template idea. What do you mean?
Yeah have to admit I’m struggling to make up much ground in my mini leagues
Agree to a certain extent – on the one hand it does feel like everyone now has Vardy and Abraham up front and the budget defenders seem locked in too – but on the other hand the move away from City assets creates myriad options given the large amounts of cash being released, so I think a template midfield isn’t something which currently exists. And that is exciting.
Hi there comrades.
Thinking of early moves ahead of price risings.
2FT with 0.3 ITB. Still torn between Sterling and KDB to accommodate Vardy.
A) KDB, Ota out for SHU defender & tilemans. Then Vardy comes for Ayew next fixture.
B) Same but do the Vardy move for a -4.
C)Live without Vardy [e.g KDB & Ayew out for Tilemans and Jiminez].
MHD
I’d get Vardy as priority. Let’s see how the international break goes first and then we’ll find a way.
I did sterling to maddison last gw so I can afford Vardy this one.
Thanks folks
MHD,
Does Sterling, Ota & Connolly to Tielmans, TAA & Vardy work?
This season so many cheapies have stepped forward ! There should be appreaciation post for them
Lundstarm, Ryan, Ramsdale, Rico, Soyuncu, Tomori, Mount, Abraham, Pukki (Still has more points than Kane, firmino and is 6th in forwards), Cantwell, Baldock, McGinn.
They have made our life easier :superman: Imagine if Kane, Firmino, Sterling, Laca, Digne, Van djik, Walker, Richa were firing all cylinders this season it would have been so difficult
That’s a good post Snookie. True.
