Fantasy Football Live Match Chat Gameweek 13

Welcome to Fantasy Football Live Match Chat Gameweek 13. We’re back to live FPL and fantasy action, finally. You’ve had two full weeks to mull over your key transfer and captain decisions, which is sometimes a good thing, but sometimes not! Whatever you landed on it’s time to see if it was worth the wait and there’s a fair chance that many of your questions will be answered straight away as we begin with a bumper bunch at 3pm with no less than six games going at once. It almost feels nostalgic.

The six said games see Brighton host Leicester with Dunk hoping for 3 in 3, Everton hoping Warnock is in his usual laissez-faire mood, Fulham hoping Ranieri has packed his magic lamp against Hughes’ Saints, Woy hoping that Jose et al get stuck in traffic as usual and finally miss a home game, Watford hoping that Salah doesn’t do a repeat on them and West Ham simply hoping to keep the score down to something respectable against the Pep machine.

The 5.30pm game on Saturday should be a cracker, regardless of any fantasy interest, as Spurs host Chelsea.

Sunday sees us with just the two games as Bournemouth host Arsenal at 1.30pm before Wolves and Huddersfield play out Sky’s premium game of the weekend… yeah, we know #pass

But don’t worry if you fell asleep during that last one as Monday night will be… oh, hang on… Who the hell schedules these TV games?! Go back to sleep, it’s Burnley v Newcastle… #zzzz

The games in full…

Few questions I’ve been asking myself since City’s game.

    1. Sterling or Aguero?
    2. Is Sane or Dilva better budget friendly options for that City team?

hey mattx. long time no speak

      1. i think it is time to go sterling over aguero.
      2. should sane be more nailed with mendy gone? id take him over dilva

      • MattX says:

Hey Eresh. Yeah been super busy mate. How are you?

I am thinking that but carry on question would you take Sane over Sterling and save 2 mil?

        • eresh12 says:

yeah.. been busy with the 2 jobs these last 4 weeks. cant wait for the xmas break!.

thats a good question. need to look into the stats. sane has been getting his groove back these past few games and would be a good shout over sterling.

        • MattX says:

          Haha same here mate!

I’m looking at two options one with Sterling and another with Sane and I’m preferring the look of the Sane move.

        • eresh12 says:

hes worth a punt. id keep an eye on europe and see what pep puts out. then make a sane move if you feel that way. i think im looking to upgrade barkley to a city mid (dilva/sane) and downgrading mendy to a brighton defender. thats the rough plan next gameweek. hopefully arnies injury isnt bad.

        • MattX says:

Yeah if Arnie is injured that will change all my plans as I was considering Arnie and Murray as my only strikers!

        • eresh12 says:

i think ill holdon to aguero for 1 more week and see how he fares against bmouth at home. it is even possible sterling/sane could again outscore him.

      Cimon says:

I’ve just wildcarded and looked into the city midfielder stats. Sane on a per minute basis is pretty close to Stirling and with Mendy out last season he started 25 of 28 games that he wasn’t injured for. Sane is a viable differential for Stirling whilst Mendy is out.
