Welcome to Fantasy Football Live Match Chat Gameweek 14

With barely a moment to catch up or give any real thought to a transfer we are back again as we begin on Saturday and end on Monday with a chance for a quick breather before Boxing Day, but take it while you can as once next Saturday is here we then have a game or more every day on 9 of the next 10 days, spanning multiple GW’s. New Years Eve being the only one sans any action.

On that note we shall give you a quick update on our intentions in regards to publishing articles over this busy period. In short we shall have a bumper Christmas Tips on the 22nd with a Site Team edition on Xmas Eve. Beyond that it will probably just have to be ‘Live Match Chats’ with everybody fending for themselves / helping each other out, as the GW’s do literally seem to fall over each other from one day to the next, allowing us scant opportunity to say anything meaningful in-between. We do intend to post a brief FF247 Site Team update each time but there will be none of the usual Fixtures, Tips, Capos etc as there simply isn’t time or room. Plus we like our writers to have a good rest occasionally too!

GW14 itself begins on Saturday at 12.30 pm and ends on Monday night. The full line-up is in the picture below. Just also bear in mind, to complicate matters even more, that there are midweek Milk Cup games which involve Newcastle, Arsenal, Man City, Spurs, Everton and Man United.

The GW14 games in full…

Keep track of all the action, the goals, the talking points, right here at FF247 Live Match Chat, an interactive chat which encourages you to keep involved and share your thoughts and emotions as the matches take place.

Good luck to absolutely everyone for Gameweek 14 from all at FF247!

Thanks for reading Fantasy Football Live Match Chat Gameweek 14.

Would you prefer Bamford or Adams up front?

Wilson’s price likely to go up tonight, do people not check upcoming fixtures before buying? Hope his price does go up so I can sell him and bank 0.1 profit.

Hi all. I need Salah asap and can do the following tonight to make it happen.
KDB and James to Salah and a 4.6 defender.
Who would be best? Bednarek, Dallas or Coufal?thanks all.

Why are people selling KDB who has good fixtures coming up and plays in GW18…and not Bruno?
    What am I missing?

Relative to his price he’s massively underperforming. He’s been close on several occasions to scoring and getting assists, but hasn’t scored in open play yet. Man City just aren’t clicking yet so people losing patience. Fernandes is third highest scoring midfielder and scoring a little more consistently, also has a DGW.

GW18 not important if you’re using FH. I’ve got him but have considered transferring to Son, we’ll see how he does against Newcastle.

Thanks Leeboy. True what you say. I too want to bring in Son. Will wait till after tomorrow to see how Bruno does.
No FH in GW18 for me. The fixtures don’t inspire me to use it. Point wise may not be worth it I feel. Once I bring in Son smile I will have 8 starters. Think that will be fine.

Going FH GW19? The main thing preventing me from transferring out KDB is fear as I’m worried he’ll start hauling when I get him out. Logically, it’s not a good reason.

        • FplDoc789 says:

Law of averages dictates he should haul eventually for all the chances get creating and getting. That’s my thinking anyway.
It’s not like he’s playing very deep and not being involved in goalscoring chances.
Aguero in form would’ve possibly got De Bruyne more points.
At his current trajectory he’s expected to get 202 points this season (prior to this GW) which is a pretty decent total. Admittedly nowhere near as high as last season.

Would you rather have Robo or Grealish for upcoming fixtures!
Also in my other team I could get Robertson but would need to sell Wilson who has unfavourable fixtures.
