Welcome to Fantasy Football Live Match Chat Gameweek 15. Live Match Chat on a Tuesday? Surprise! Well, we hope not… Live Match Chat on a Friday last time did seem to flummox a few site regulars though. This despite many, many mentions of the early deadline as well as a bloody big countdown timer on site with not only the date on it but an actual countdown timer, who knew. And these are site members who come on and use the facilities. Now this is not to denigrate them at all, we feel for them and hope they do better in future. It’s more to point out that if they are missing such tricks then just imagine how many of your your mini-league rivals, who may pay even less attention, will probably drop similar balls. Lovely! The moral being… don’t even mention it in passing to them, simply rock up in work the next day and ask them who they transferred in.
These midweek games are like speed dating compared to our usual drawn out affairs. Tuesday sees four of them, it begins at 7.45pm and will be done and dusted by 10pm. Bournemoth v Huddersfield, Brighton v Palace and West Ham v Cardiff all kick off our short week followed 15 minutes later by Watford v Man City. And that’s Tuesday over.
Wednesday sees the remaining 6 games and again they will be over in the blink of a fantasy eye. Burnley v Liverpool, Everton v Newcastle, Fulham v Leicester and Wolves v Chelsea are our ‘early’ ones, followed by Man United v Arsenal and then Spurs hopefully putting the final icing on the cake of a decent gameweek by sealing Mark Hughes’ departure at 8pm.

If you enter and win a prize you have to have commented on the site at least 5 times for 8 consecutive months between August 2018 and March 2019 or you will not be considered for a prize. That’s basically 1 comment a week all season, we think that’s a reasonable ask to be considered a ‘regular’.

I’m pretty clueless what to do this week coming.
A) Wilson in for Arnie
B) Auba and Snoddy in for Hazard and Arnie (-4)
C) Jimenez in for Arnie
D) Lacazette and 4.4 defender in for Arnie and Alonso
A or C and think about a City midfielder for Hazard, perhaps. Maybe that (the Hazard move) can wait until after this weekend.

Is the martial injury serious or will he play this weekend?
They mentioned hamstring. If it’s that he won’t play but too early for sure

Really chuffed with my gameweek – currently on 73 after bonus as things stand and a rise up about 200k places to about 570k. Only down side was TAA coming on as it meant Kamara stayed on the bench with eight points. That’s a sentence I didn’t think I’d write!
I know it’s been a nightmare for some of you guys, however, so here’s to this weekend being much better for you

Awesome score there swirly. I can’t even think coming near-of.. One of the worst weeks for me with 34 points incl hits. Duffy f***d it up for me with me being stubborn for not bringing Kane in. Need to consider a major overhauling for my team. May be like a -8 or so, I’m missing out on some key players. Salah needs to go.
Bad luck there constantine. I am similar, in refusing to bring in Kane this week. I will most likely be selling Salah to fund Kane in for the weekend. You can do the same kind of thing: Arnie and Salah > Kane and ???

I’m a bit torn between Foyth and Keane.
I could go with Sane over Sterling but not sure where I would use the extra cash, or if it’s worth it.

Smithy, I would expect Vert and Toby to partner this weekend and Foyth to get a rest. Only reason I could see Foyth playing is to rest Toby for the UCL. I just think Foyth may be a bit too much of a risk at the moment. Why not Doherty instead?

Foyth for the fixtures but I have no idea how nailed he is. Does Snoddy for Anderson allow an upgrade in that spot?
Init, going with Snoddy over Anderson would allow me to keep Alonso or have any other defender there is. Who would you recommend?
I think if I were wildcarding now I’d want a couple of City mids. Not because of rotation ballache arse-covering, but because they score a lot of goals.
Have a think about Shaq, or do some research on him. I got him in GW9 he’s ticked along pretty well. Nobody seems to own him.
Averages look like 56 and 46, top10k and the rest, ish.
