Some people say Messi is the greatest of all time… has he beaten both Mourinho and Guardiola, the greatest managers since Ferguson, in the span of a week? I think not! Therefore it is Solskjær who is the real G.O.A.T., the greatest of all time. I rest my case… :worthy:

Also, congratulations to Leicester for the PL title! :big-lol:
I think Liverpool will struggle over the Christmas period, won’t be surprised if Leicester are no1 come the new year.
City were more impressive defensively when Mangala was in the starting eleven. When Laporte and Sane return in January they will be a new team, but I fear that when that time comes it may already be too late.

I did not see the defeat coming init, I think it’s still denial on my part to be honest. And I don’t think I’ve ever seen a worse defensive display from City, though it’s pretty annoying when City are usually the better team in the match but still end up giving away points.

I’m not very impressed with the way Liverpool play either, but they always manage to come through and win the match. If City were to convert their possession into goals and Liverpool were to lose that edge that makes them pull through then the tables could turn, but there’s nothing that indicates that will happen in the moment. So who knows where City will end up this season :suicide:

See what Boxing Day brings then smile

      • Tekno-kun says:

Remember that Leicester will be going into that match full of confidence after having beaten City the weekend before!

        • Kruzcampo says:

We rolled City over at Anfield but if they beat Leicester then its Liverpool’s to lose. The only thing that will stop Liverpool is injuries or fatigue as they have to take part in the World Championship for the best part of a week and then come back and play an important match. If they win the WC then their confidence will be sky high.
We also have Watford at home before all that.

        • inittowinit says:

Do you honestly think any of them give a crap about winning that ‘competition’? They’ll play and win it of course but it’s hardly one they will hang their careers on.

        • Kruzcampo says:

Looks like they have to beat Flamengo to win it. Playing 2 different sides in different parts of the world in this and the Carabo Cup.Crazy !!

Good evening, folks, how’re you doing?

I sold Abraham for Jiménez just before the midweek matches — damn that orange flag — now, although Jiménez recouped a few of the resulting lost points with today’s assist, I feel obliged to bring back Abraham for Bournemouth (H) or switch things up completely with Rashford for his next 6 fixtures or so. This would meaning selling KDB with 2 FTs before various price changes.

Any preferences on the following duos: Son + Abraham vs Maddison + Rashford (vs Maddison + Abraham)?

I’ve got Vardy and Kane, so there’s not much between Son and Maddison, really.

    The B says:

Is Son rising in price? Have exact money to do Mount to Son. Already have Ali.

Either that or wait till deadline and upgrade Ings to Rashfors. But Ings is doing pretty well himself.

How’d everyone get on? (Presuming no one’s foolish enough to own any ARS/WHU players :mosking: ).

66 points total this week :bop: .

    Hooray for:
    – Cap Vardy
    – Son
    – Salah

    Boohissboo for:
    – Everyone else (1 or 2 points each  ).

49 from 9 with luckily Son to come as VC. So, 61 total points with Chambers still to go. Expecting 2 points atleast. So, would end the GW on 63 points. Hopefully a green arrow again..
