Welcome to Fantasy Football Live Match Chat Gameweek 18. And we are back. Again! Get used to the quick turnaround as it is exciting times right now. Presents to buy? Turkeys to prepare? Nah, screw that, it’s football time! Leicester and Palace kick off a bumper weekend that goes all the way through until Monday night this time. They get going at lunch-time on Saturday and are followed by five 3pm games. Saturday evening sees possibly the game of the week as Man City host Spurs in what is a truly mouth-watering clash.

Sunday has two games with Man united visiting Pardew and his West Brom team first, followed by Bournemouth hosting Liverpool. Or at least whichever version of Liverpool Klopp chooses to actually place on the field this time.

We continue through to Monday with Allardyce faced with a home game he is expected to win. Grinding out away draws are more his speciality so this one could be testing as Swansea roll up, legs akimbo.

    With all the Xmas rotation having non players in the squad can be a risk but….

    Would you prefer to have

    Hazard, richarlison and Mariappa

    Or

    KDB, pogba and a non player

    • I think getting pogba is a wise move. See below, KDB is playing out of his skin. If you get the non player your other 2 Sun’s would need to be playing alot

    • Tough call that. I’d certainly tak KdB & Pogba over Hazard & Richarlison, but I’ve been bitten by non-starters already this month. Mariappa could well be a non-starter himself. Wasn’t he subbed off early yesterday?

      • Yeah he was. Hopefully that’s not a sign of things to come.

        Think pogba is an absolute steal at sub 8 though so possibly with the gamble

    • For Chelsea if they’re leading by 2 goals,surely Conte would start to rest Hazard/Morata. Can’t say the same for KDB. City can bring in another top player from the bench who’s hungry to prove himself. Pogba seems to play 90 mins usually

    • what position and value is your non player?

      • It would probably be a mbemba who is down to 3.9 I think. Or I could get MacArthur in midfield who is 4.3

  3. What’s peoples thoughts of getting pogba back in early? He’s down at 7.9 think it’s the cheapest he’ll be for a long time

    • He was on my shopping list, and I still think he’s great value, but I think I’m gonna opt for another city mid instead.

      • I agree city cover is a must. But I have aguero but that let me down this week. Silver lining with him been taken off early I’d say he’ll start again next week, he unlucky not to have a goal or 2 as well

    • Yeah I might be doing that. Sterling and Pogba in for Hazard and RLC to go along side Sane so double City

    • good choice – he is back next gw right?

    • I’m considering to bring Pogbaas well for RLC as but now I’m swayed by the Citizens!!

  4. Okay, got 2FT so thinking Hazard & Doucoure to KDB & Willian (or another mid under 7.2mil) Thoughts?

    • I am very much in favour with KDB. Williams game time when morata returns up front and hazard back to mid would worry me. Maybe Richie?

    • Prob take one of the West Ham boys or Richarlson who will surely score again soon

    • Could get Arna or Lanzini from Hammers, or Ramsey, Lingard or Shaquiri. Who would you prefer?

    • Willian might be worth a punt – as long as you understand the risks. He shouldnt be dropped as has performed but who knows

  5. Do we see Jones starting most games now again or who is first choice?

    • Yeah I was waiting on today’s line up. Guess it’s Smalling and Jones just not sure who’s safer

  6. I don’t care who scores all I ask for is a West Brom goal
