Silly Man City sausages

Welcome to FF247 Site Team GW10

Looks like we had a pretty decent GW9. We assume we did anyway as we scored 71 and the average was 47. We notched a GW rank of 400k which was our highest single GW finish of the season, and we jumped up over 300k in the overall from 700k to 400k, ish. The percentage thing went from 7% to 4% too.

As for the players 8 of them produced something positive, like a clean sheet or a goal, or similar. Or as Roy would say, what they’re paid to do.

The only real surprise was the Man City bunch, including our Captain. As a result of Brighton being so bloody efficient we also caught some strays in terms of our keeper decision. But we won’t have been alone on that front.

Last week’s two new signings Silva and Jackson combined for 17 points, which always satisfactory.

GW9

We have 1.9m in the bank and 1 free transfer to use ahead of GW10. Let’s go see what was decided….

Our GW10 Transfer(s)

DCL… Man United may want him but apparently we don’t! Not that he’s done anything wrong but looking at his upcoming fixtures and those of Evanilson, who has caught our eye, we have decided to do that small switch.

Inbetween making eyes at the Brazilian (who has just scored again tonight) we did also consider that Konsa may soon be subject to rotation and also that with Sunderland and Le Fee going off the boil then we could always cover Bournemouth’s resurgence in midfield instead.

But we have gone route one. As usual.

To confirm then we have SOLD Calvert-Lewin and BOUGHT Evanilson

Captain – Haaland
If it’s not broke, etc.

Although someone did suggest a punt on Calafiori. They have promised to do it themselves and let us know how it goes…

PREDICTED LINE-UPS

Back by popular demand! Well, sort of… Drafthound have changed their line-up approach this season and what it means for us is that we are no longer able to display a live feed of it on here due to some technical difficulties. That said, what they have done looks great and is still only a click away so if you want to access those they are HERE

All prizes must be claimed within 30 days of the final GW.

Both leagues will be closed to new entrants on 01/02/27.
