You’ve had your day off and as much as we hope you enjoyed your turkey and wine it’s business time again. It’s a whirlwind GW this one as we start today with no less than 9 games on Wednesday and finish tomorrow with just the one outlier. We then get Friday off before we begin again on Saturday. Man United play too.
Brighton and Arsenal play at tea-time at 5.15pm before Watford host Chelsea in the evening game at 7.30pm.
Saints vs West Ham finishes us off on Thursday at 7.45pm.

The League Codes for FF247 for the 2018/19 season are as follows –
Woop for Anderson! He’s saved my GW – going to finish on 57 pts.
I’m doing Azpi -> Holebas, Sterling -> Salah (I sold him yonks ago but want him back!) and Firmino -> Vardy. For an 8ph. Boom. It’ll leave me with no CHE and no attacking MCI coverage however! Feeling bold!!
Not sure on the 8PH, Vardy especially doesnt seem worth it.
That’s very bold for 8pt hit! I don’t know if you will get it back n next couple weeks though LA could you not get Salah with a 4pt hit?
80 points the moment with Anderson BP to be added, any suggestions for this week? 1FT 0.4 ITB
Patricio Lossl
Alonso Bennett Wan B Keane TAA
Hazard Sterling Son Anderson Masuaka
Auba Rashford Jimenez
I would probably hold n 2 transfers would give you more flexibility after next gw your defence would be the area I would possible fix wolves n palace not easiest fixtures
Cheers, was thinking my defence needs fixing. Wan B and Bennett are mainly there for their prices and occasionally picking up decent points.
Very similar scores for us this GW, mate, and how remarkable that you had 3 braces in your midfield alone. Sterling being the blanker! Well played.
I missed out on Salah’s big hauls for 3 painful GWs, but I can tell you, getting him back made me quickly forget all of that. Arsenal (H) up next? I’d recommend that you do the same now.
Sterling —> Salah and Alonso —> Digne (or similar) seems about right.
I’ll confess, though, that losing either of those two could backfire from GW to GW and Alonso still has particularly good fixtures.
Cheers, might be worth saving and doing those moves next week. I wish I had gone with Digne over Keane, Keane has only managed one clean sheet.
I agree, in fairness, as having Sterling for Southampton (A) and saving yourself a 4-point hit may well serve you better this weekend.
By the way, as for your draft request, I’ve got a friend (mini-league rival) or two who snoop around on here these days, meaning that I’d rather keep it quiet, sorry. Do you lean towards one pair based solely on the below information?
Doing Sane to Haz, to fund it i need a 2nd transfer. Would you do Luiz to Shaw/Digne/Holebas or Martial to a 6.5 mid, possibly Fraser ?
Martial —> Pereyra (with a small bias from below) sounds wiser to me.
Elle personally I lost Luiz and gained Digne on my WC this week. Evertons fixtures are good and he’s got attacking returns.
I’ve had my heart set on Pereyra filling what will be my 3rd slot in this WC midfield, but my defence looks very flaky, with a(n un)healthy scattering of 4.2m defenders in there. Which combination seems preferable:
Pereyra + Saïss or Deulofeu + Lovren?
I’ve got Robertson already. That, as well as Lovren only being a short-term option with relatively poor short-term fixtures, makes this harder.
Could ypu throw up your WC draft?
How much do you have for the pair?
It’s just 10.4m, but I could probably squeeze 0.1m extra into this, depending on price rises.
Pereyra has proven himself all season, but Deulofeu has great form, just like Liverpool’s defence…
I’d want Pereyra as he has been more consistent just not sure on Saiss. How about Wan B or even Bennett?
I’ve just noticed that Bennett’s fallen back to 4.1m recently. He’ll complement AWB nicely! Cheers.
Ditch Robertson, get TAA.
Hello guys;
My team – 1FT and zero ITB
Patricio (Hamer)
Alonso; Robertson; Lovren; Wan B (Yedlin)
Richarlison; Hazard; Salah; (Fraser; Hojbjerg)
Rashford; Jimenez; Kane
a) Fraser to Snodgrass or
b) Alonso to Digne and Fraser to either Martial or F. Anderson for a 4ph
I’m thinking (a) looks the best bet, but maybe you have other suggestion(s).
Snodgrass is good value but hes always going to play second fiddle to Anderson for West ham attacking returns. Others might disagree but I wouldn’t dissuade you from a hit here. Martial would have been the obvious answer until this gameweek played out. I think either would do you well.
Thanks.
i have done the Alonso to Digne transfer.
Should there be some news on whether Martial plays tomorrow?
Fingers crossed Serge- look out for the Man Utd press conference!
Hello guys, advice needed.
Sane has played 90 mins last 2 games so worried about his play in next.
Should I do Sane to Son.
1 ft 0.2 it.
Yeah I would, in a heartbeat. If we knew he’d actually play that may be different but given as we don’t I would do it.
There’s a small (but still tangible) possibility that Sané gets 60+ minutes again and Son gets a cameo to rest, but as init says and given the latter’s form, vice versa seems far more likely. Wait for Martial news.
Thanks
