Fantasy Football Live Match Chat Gameweek 2

None of that Friday night nonsense this week. Our game-week kicks off at lunchtime on Saturday with Cardiff hosting Newcastle, a game that has relegation 6 pointer written all over it. We then have four games at the traditional kick off time of 3pm. Everton entertain Southampton. It’s a battle of the animals at The King Power stadium as the Foxes host Wolves. It’s an all London affair with Spurs playing host to Fulham, while Bournemouth travel to West Ham. Saturday is brought to a conclusion with the game of the weekend when Chelsea host Arsenal at 5:30pm.

Sunday brings us another three games. Burnley host Watford in a game that is unlikely to cure any hangovers. Huddersfield will be hoping to improve on their opening day result but that’s unlikely as they entertain Manchester City. If you’re still hungover come 4pm you might as well switch off the TV as Brighton host Jose and his merry men.

Our game-week is brought to an end with the first Monday Night Football of the season and it has the potential to be a cracker as Liverpool travel to London to face Crystal Palace.

    2FT 0.5m

I would like Mane but can’t see this being possible.

    What about Smith – Alonso
    Firmino – Zaha

    Leaves 1.0m

    Thanks

Anyone seen much of Wolves? Is Jimenez worth a punt as a cheap third (playing) striker? Or is there more value in spending an extra 0.5 on someone like Wilson?

Good evening all I hope we all scored loads of points so far.

    I have one free transfer.
Would be Cairney or Moutinho to Iwobi be a smart move?

I really hate early transfers but I’m a little worried about price changes. I’ve 2FT and 0.5 in the bank
Sanchez -> Mane and Jota -> Bernardo. Good moves? Jota looks like his price will go down today.
Is there any reliable site for price changes currently? I’m using fantasy fix to moniter price changes. Should I go for these transfers today or wait?

Man U has a nice run of fixtures coming up so I would hold on to
Sánchez for now. If you are desperate to get rid of Jota however it is probably one of the best options

I actually quite like those moves. And I’m in a similar boat to you whereby my hand is being forced tonight due to price rises.

FFFix is the best, as far as I know, but it’ll take a little while for the algorithms to become reliable.

I would wait due to the volume of games still to be played this week.

I have noticed that the chap who is number 1 in game week 2 played his bench boost and is all finished with 104 points.

He also did 24 transfers in the game week for -104 points.

Except for 15 minutes of fantasy football fame……what is the point?

Oh and a shocking 10 points for me so far with captain kun and sane rumoured to not be playing tomorrow.

I’ll have another vodka and coke please.

    Jamie
