Welcome to Fantasy Football Live Match Chat Gameweek 2.
If you made it from GW1 to GW2 then that probably either means you scored well in GW1 and are still full of beans having done so or that you are simply a proper FPL player and know that you will make it to GW38 regardless. Either way GW2 is upon us so let’s go see how the weekend pans out…
Arsenal’s reserve team got off to a good start with 3 points away at Newcastle and they clash in the days early game with a bouyant Burnley side who beat Southampton 3-0 in their own first game.
3pm sees us with five games but with the exception of Liverpool it’s a list of the ‘also-rans’ again. There’s definitely a pattern developing here… Villa host Bournemouth with both looking for their first win, Everton host Watford with both looking for their first win, Norwich host Newcastle with both looking for their first win, Brighton host West Ham with both looking for their first win, (oh hang on, Brighton won?!) West ham looking for their first win. Southampton host Liverpool and of course the hosts are looking for their first win. They’ll still be looking next week too.
The evening game is argueably the first big clash of the titans this season as Man City host Spurs.
Sunday sees Sheffield United and Palace get us going at 2pm, with both teams looking for their first win. That is followed at 4.30pm by Chelsea and Leicester, with… yeah, you guessed it, both teams looking for their first win!
We go to Monday this time too as Wolves host Man United in a mouth watering clash.

Richarlison to ceballos could be the way to go. Have’nt seen Richarlisons games but I have seen Ceballos and he has looked very good with the points to prove it. Frees up some funds then to change Fraser to Mahrez with my extra FT, especially since Bournemouth have got some tough fixtures ahead.
Who’s getting the bonus points so far does anyone know? Digne I hope?

Digne had all 3 for a long time.
Conclusions:
1. Salah bad cappo choice.
2. Moise Kean early failure of the season.
3. Rico got no minutes today.
4. Digne was awesome choice but he’s injured now. Anyone know how serious?
Kean to Pukki even though he has Chelsea next and two games later City?
I really wanted Pukki for this week, but didn’t because of those fixtures. Regretting it now.

You would have thought that after last week I would have sense to give Sterling cappo. But no I kept Salah and even almost gave Kane the VC!

Wilson, Doucoure, Salah to Pukki, Martial, Mane -4?
Great moves but take some time to think if they are worth the -4.
Also, wait to see if you have any other issues to deal with once the GW is over.
Why Salah out? Wilson is on 2 assists as well..
Salah —> Mané seems rather hasty to me. Sure, owning Mané (and, of course, Pukki) would’ve been fantastic for today’s matches, but don’t forget Salah’s consistency (and considerably higher ownership) for the whole season. It’s up to you…
Doucouré —> Martial would be nice *if* you do go through with the rest of your proposed transfers.
Wilson —> Pukki, though, I can’t argue with!
I’d honestly be tempted to do that and just save the remaining FT for later on.
