Welcome to Fantasy Football Live Match Chat Gameweek 21. If you made it this far without missing a deadline give yourself a pat on the back. And if you think you’re tired just imagine how the players are feeling! This is the last GW in the marathon Christmas period though, so you them and us all can breathe a sigh of relief and take a break for a week or so to recover.
New Year’s Day itself has a disappointingly low number of fixtures with just three games this year, for some bizarre reason. Everton and Leicester kick us off at lunchtime before Arsenal and Fulham play the solitary ‘traditional’ 3pm game on their lonesome. Cardiff and Spurs bring up the rear at 5.30pm.
We then skip to Wednesday evening for the bulk of this week’s action with 6 games in total. The remaining one is on Thursday night and should in theory be the game of the week, if not the whole Christmas period, or indeed the season. If only they all had any legs left… Oh, it’s Man City vs Liverpool by the way. Cracking time to play what may be a season decider that isn’t it?!

If you enter and win a prize you have to have commented on the site at least 5 times for 8 consecutive months between August 2018 and March 2019 or you will not be considered for a prize. That’s basically 1 comment a week all season, we think that’s a reasonable ask to be considered a ‘regular’.

Happy New Year. Not worth moving just now as the next gameweek is some way off (FA Cup next weekend) so I’d take a bit of a break until near the next deadline and then look at it again.

Many are already getting him. Apart from the next game, the fixtures are horrible. He will be great after the next break in February.

Leicester have tough fixtures in GWS 24-26. But Crystal Palace don’t, so Pereira can be benched then. That’s why God created cheap defenders such as Wan-B.

Depends where he plays. Sometimes he plays right back, other times he plays a lot further forward.

Every season Gw18-23 kind of run goes bad..this season also it is not much different. Dropped to 40k now.
