Fantasy Football Live Match Chat Gameweek 22

Welcome to Fantasy Football Live Match Chat Gameweek 22. Possibly too much FPL followed quickly by not enough, it’s feast or famine season is Christmas and early January. After a small break to recharge our batteries we are back this weekend to either try and extend on a successful festive period of points, or repair the damage! Whichever one it is we have a weekend of fun ahead beginning with a bumper Saturday program of seven games…

West Ham and Arsenal kick us off at lunchtime with both sets of fans probably wondering which version of their respective Jekyll and Hyde teams will show up. The five 3pm games are a mis-mash of mid-table much of a muchness. With the exception of Liverpool, who will probably steamroller Brighton. Talking of Jekyll and Hyde, Hazard gets a go at one of his favourite fixtures in the evening game as Chelsea host Newcastle. Depending on which version of Chelsea show up, probably one without a real striker….

Talking of Jekyll and Hyde… Everton and Bournemouth get Sunday under way in the early one, before the real action begins later with the much anticipated clash between Poch-present and Poch-future… perhaps. Let’s see what Ole has to say about that though.

Man City then host Wolves on Monday to see the game-week out.

The games in full…

Keep track of all the action, the goals, the talking points, right here at FF247 Live Match Chat, an interactive chat which encourages you to keep involved and share your thoughts and emotions as the matches take place.

Good luck to absolutely everyone for Gameweek 22 from all at FF247!

  1. Hey lads, what would you do w/ this sorry lot (losing ground in my ML). Got 2ft:

    Fab / Stek
    Robbo / Doherty / Kolasinac / Wan-B / Connolly
    Haz / Son / Pogba / Felipe A / Masuaku
    Kane / Auba / Jimenez

    2ft 0.2itb
Thinking Son –> Salah but who to sacrifice?

    Cheers!

    • Would you have enough to go from Hazard to Pedro?

    • Hey Sanchez – Kolasinac/Masauku/Auba depending on how much you can raise through them

    • Thanks, lads. Was thinking Auba too after today’s performance but a bit hesitant to let go of him since he has been scoring goals over the season and is a good striker. Have been watching Chelski play last few games and not convinced Hazard is worth his price-tag. Then again he seems to get one-off games where he gets an ass-ton of points! Haz–>Pedro/Willian might be a good shout, didn’t think of that one! Anyone been watching Richarlison recently?

      • Richarlison still passes the eye test, Sanchez.

      • Sanchez – I have Richarlison but his form is poor. He would need to do something this weekend for me to recommend him.

    • Auba to Rashford.

  2. Hi folks. Is there a mini league for FF247 community?

  3. Evening everyone. Does anybody use Fantasy Football Fix anymore? It says I’m on 54 after bps with 5 left to play and yet I’m still getting a red arrow. How accurate is it?

  4. I know it’s early but I had to for price rise sakes

Been thinking about these moves for a while. I’ve slipped hard from 16k OR to now 30k which I expect to go down whence gameweek is up

Lack of Salah and hazard not passing my eye test have been culprits

So I’ve gone Haz, Son, F. Anderson (2ft and -4) for Salah, Sané, Nasri

Nasri really surprised me. Went cheap to keep some $ in the bank for future moves I’m considering

Nasri is one to keep an eye on lads. He might prove to be good value. I just took an early punt due to funds but I’m just saying.

  5. Guys I’m thinking haz Pogba and PEA to salah camarasa and Jane for a hit. Any thoughts?

  6. I think Snodgrass has lost his place and Laca/Arsenal are stuttering to find form. Time to move them on… I’m not against taking a hit and bringing in 3 players. Maybe Nasri for Snodgrass but anyone else?

    • How about Gunnarson to Sane and Laca to someone like Kamara and change to 3-5-2? The other option is that, as Stankovic probably won’t play and Wan B is away to Liverpool, you could always just do Laca to Firmino and Balbuena to Holebas (if my sums are correct)?

      • I agree that Snodgrass to someone like Nasri or even Bournemouth’s Brooks could be a good shout too. Food for thought, but I wouldn’t do anything just yet as there are still games to be played.

      • Been looking at those sorts of moves too Swirly, my concern is Snoddy goes down in price tonight. Not sure if Nasri will rise.

        • Perhaps just do the Snoddy to Nasri move tonight and then reassess tomorrow onwards, perhaps?

        • Thats what I’m thinking, might as well get something out of him. smile
