Welcome to Fantasy Football Live Match Chat Gameweek 24. We all love a good old midweek schedule. Especially the ‘blink and you’ll miss it’ kind when we have two nights of fixtures that all begin and finish within a couple of hours of intense action. And then we have to take stock, count up our points / injuries and leap / limp onto another new game-week beginning on Saturday.
And it looks like a fairly good spread over both nights in terms of fantasy interest, none of this 4 mid-table clashes on a Saturday afternoon nonsense, as all the interesting ones play out on TV elsewhere. Tuesday sees us with no less than 6 games as Arsenal (and Aubayeyang owners particularly) will be hoping for a spanking of Cardiff, Fulham desperately need a result against a Brighton team who don’t particularly need one themselves, but usually prove to frustrate those who do, Huddersfield look to add another nail to Marco Silva’s Everton coffin, which he seems quite content on constructing himself, Wolves and West Ham battle to see which one will be Jekyll and which one Hyde this week, Ole continues his live job interview at home to Burnley, and Newcastle look to frustrate Pep, probably in vain.
Wednesday is equally intriguing as Sarri takes a fractured / newly motivated* team (*delete as you see applicable) to Bournemouth, Saints and Palace hope to put more / some daylight between each other, Liverpool look to continue their title charge against Leicester and Spurs hope they can field 11 fit players against Watford.

That’s basically 1 comment a week all season, we think that’s a reasonable ask to be considered a ‘regular’.

Yeah. Been hearing about him returning back since his injury itself. Hope he starts next game a I also have Digne to take care of.
You’d imagine he will if he’s anyway near close. He was a huge miss for them tonight. Although they didn’t help themselves by exaggerating the situation and playing Henderson there!
They are missing him though. No CS, since he left. And playing Henderson at his position was very Jose-sque..

No probs. How’d that WC treat you in the end, I believe it was going well?
70 points mate. Quite content with the score, I believe. Bit pissed that I didn’t get Son at the end, but we can’t have all of them.
But, yeah, it came out good at the end. Already at appox 28 points ahead of the average, which I think would be my loss during GW35 doubles. But, now the team looks in much better shape I guess.
Any City fans(or may be just followers) around? Do we think that Jesus could be given a chance alongside Aguero?
Doubt it, historically they haven’t played to well together. Although Pep has tried it more than once…

Is digne expected to drop in price between now and sat?

Stating the obvious. Digne needs to go. Also, Martial could become Richarlison/Siggy for the DGW?
I’d say to wait on news regarding TAA, Pogba, Martial and Wilson.
Digne is your obvious headache as he’s definitely out – you could just take him out for Danilo, who seems to be getting good game time and has a DGW. If you don’t want a player who’ll then have a blank gameweek but could sit on your bench this gameweek and play nice fixtures afterwards, perhaps Kolasinac could be your man? I know it seems daft to bring in a player who’ll only be on your bench this gameweek, but it’s a move that a) sets you up for next gameweek onwards and b) you need to use at least one of your FTs, otherwise it’s just a waste!
Rookie question. I bought digne for 5m he’s currently 5.3 so that means he can drop another 0.1m and I won’t loose anything on him?

How hard should we be going on dgw players next week? I remember Spurs and in particular Kane trolling me last season! What should I do here with 2FTs and 0.4 itb. Anderson hasn’t performed for me and Digne will miss at least one game next week!
You he almost the exact same team as me. Personally I don’t see much value in the DGW defenders especially as they blank soon after. I’d look at a more permanent defensive replacement for Digne. Maybe a punt on a City forward (PEA > Kun) is worth it for a week
