Fantasy Football Live Match Chat Gameweek 24
Welcome to Fantasy Football Live Match Chat Gameweek 24
Let the fun begin! We could be about to encounter a number of DGW’s on the bounce and DGW24 is the first of those, albeit with just the 4 teams playing twice.
We begin on Saturday and end on Wednesday but it is also worth bearing in mind that DGW25 then starts less than 48hrs later, on Friday evening.
Leicester and Liverpool get us under way @12.30pm on Saturday and this is followed by Palace & Burnley @3pm, Man City get their double under way @5.30pm vs Spurs before Brighton & Villa see Saturday out @8pm.
Sunday is a similar marathon with Saints vs Wolves @12pm, Man Utd going to West Brom @2pm, Arsenal welcoming Leeds @4.30pm with Everton & Fulham getting their respective doubles under way @7pm.
Just the two on Monday as West Ham welcome Sheffield Utd @6pm and Newcastle go to Chelsea @8pm.
The ‘bonus’ games occur on Wednesday with Burnley & Fulham boring everybody @6pm before Everton & Man City should hopefully wake us all up again @8.15pm.
The games in full…

Good week : 80 points thank god swap last minute captain from Fernandez to Gundogan
80 points here as well. Let’s Gundo takes part in the second game.
Yeah if he’s fit he plays. That’s what Pep said so it’s possible
Not marked on the site yet which is a good sign.
That generally don’t carry much weight regardless.
Wont do it yet, but the plan is chilwell and dcl out, Kane and dallas in. Sounds like a good idea?
Looks a smart move Allan!
I’m also moving to Dallas this week.
I think they’re the two best options in the current circumstances! Not sure about double Spurs attack with their current form though!
I think you can forgive them for getting done by City yesterday. José looked to give them a licence to counter-attack (some pretty good moments too, between Son + Kane), while maintaining a defensive block at the back (which just happened to become like the Maginot Line for City after that penalty opened the flood-gates!). I’m persisting with my idea of getting Harold Edward Kane back into my team!
You could go Ings before Kane but yeah makes sense
Yes, this what I will do. Ings 1st, then Kane.
May be a good strategy fellas. D’y mean Ings for next week, then Kane in GW26 onwards? Speak to you later.
Yep that’s it. Not sure double Spurs are needed against West Ham but it is an extra transfer
I’ll be bringing in dallas too, him and Bamford are the only 2 dgw players that look good to me
There is an argument Raphinia is the best out of the whole lot on recent form
True, I just am set up with a loaded midfield already. So just wouldn’t fit my team
Southampton v Wolverhampton Wanderers
Starting to get the wild card itch. Looking forward to seeing some GW26 fixtures. Do we think we will also find out regarding any doubles in 27/28 or Villa Spurs in 29 this week?
Yeah I might wildcard. I don’t need to but might be a good chance to attack some of the coming game weeks. At least I don’t need to worry about BB. I’d expect whole lot to be announced this week I think
May the tinkering commence.
A lot more team value than me. Prob as I sold Bamford and Son earlier in season but yeah something like that
Ings goal. Wish I had gone for Ings over Cavani now. :scratch_one-s_head:
Ha, I imagine there’ll be a lot of people thinking that but I suppose we should at least give Cavani the chance to get some points!
100%. I expect WBA to leak some goals later
United XI: Gea, Wan-Bissaka, Lindelof, Maguire, Shaw, McTominay, Fred, Fernandes, Rashford, Martial, Cavani.
Baggies XI: Johnstone, Peltier, Ajayi, Bartley, Townsend, Yokuslu, Snodgrass, Maitland-Niles, Gallagher, Pereira, Diagne.
Yesss
Cavani starts
Incoming Hatrick for the forth musketeer :hunter:
