Welcome to Fantasy Football Live Match Chat Gameweek 24

Let the fun begin! We could be about to encounter a number of DGW’s on the bounce and DGW24 is the first of those, albeit with just the 4 teams playing twice.

We begin on Saturday and end on Wednesday but it is also worth bearing in mind that DGW25 then starts less than 48hrs later, on Friday evening.

Leicester and Liverpool get us under way @12.30pm on Saturday and this is followed by Palace & Burnley @3pm, Man City get their double under way @5.30pm vs Spurs before Brighton & Villa see Saturday out @8pm.

Sunday is a similar marathon with Saints vs Wolves @12pm, Man Utd going to West Brom @2pm, Arsenal welcoming Leeds @4.30pm with Everton & Fulham getting their respective doubles under way @7pm.

Just the two on Monday as West Ham welcome Sheffield Utd @6pm and Newcastle go to Chelsea @8pm.

The ‘bonus’ games occur on Wednesday with Burnley & Fulham boring everybody @6pm before Everton & Man City should hopefully wake us all up again @8.15pm.

The games in full…

  1. Teams

  2. Kabak starts……. hope he does not repeat his mistakes like Schalke days this season.

    • It’s only Vardy he’s up against…………………

      • Not like he scores much in open play so he might get away with it

  3. Rival has played wc this week. Thoughts on his team? Strong on city but triple Burnley defence might be tricky going forward

    • I really like that.

I’d be worried if I were you :wink2:

    • Eggs & baskets comes to mind.

      • This is exactly what my friend has done wildcard just for this game week

      • Speaking of eggs – don’t they say that you can’t make an omelette without breaking a few? smile Hahaha!

        • Yeah, but you can also make a mess. And you might not have any left for tomorrow.

    • Depends on whether he is 30 points ahead or behind.

If he is behind and all breaks bad(i.e. no CS for Burnley in both), you have won the Mini League.

The other way around, 2 CS and you are are 90 points behind, so a big risk big reward move.

      • I’m 128 points ahead maybe I shouldn’t be that worried :jumpy:

    • Think in two weeks time they might need another wildcard

  4. My main two rivals (one ahead and one behind) both took 8 points hits. And the one ahead TC Sterling

The one behind actually benched Dias which I was surprised with
