Fantasy Football Live Match Chat Gameweek 25
Welcome to Fantasy Football Live Match Chat Gameweek 25
From one DGW to another, in quick succession, we may have to get used to this.
Leeds book-end this one by kicking off our GW on Friday night away at Wolves @ 8pm.
Southampton are the other team with a double and they begin theirs on Saturday @ 12:30 at home to Chelsea. Jeff then has the excitement of Burnley vs West Brom to report on @3pm before we get to a derby 6-pointer as Everton visit Anfield @ 5.30pm. Fulham and Sheffield United see us out on Saturday @ 8pm, if anybody can be arsed. They won’t be.
The West Ham Cup Final kicks us off on Sunday as Spurs visit the dildo laden lot @ 12pm, Villa welcome Leicester @ 2pm, City will destroy Arsenal @ 4.30pm and Newcastle go to Old Trafford @ 8pm.
Our ‘normal’ GW ends on Monday as Brighton host Palace @ 8pm.
Our extended GW ends on Wednesday as the doublers of Leeds and Saints meet @ 6pm.
The games in full…

What are my best moves this week? 1ft .1mib
Was going for Bamford to Watkins and Cooper to Konsa and play BB (4ph)
Spurs are not playing well, so it could be Bamford to Watkins and Son to Barnes, but somehow that does not feel right and BB would not work so well. Same with Vardy to Kane.
What would you advise? Head has stopped functioning  Thanks!
Original plan makes sense I think
Think so too. Thanks Smash
Nudge me if the topic’s already been discussed, but it looks like the official announcement of the DGW26 fixtures coincided with the closing of the window for GW25. Now, I have no skin in the game, but if I had a BB ready to go for 26, I’d be more than a little peeved at FPL for their late drop. Some of my minileague competitors are clearly hurting. OTOH, if I had the site team’s prescience, and Ben Crellin’s grid, I’d be cruising.
Since this GW25/GW26 sequence may be the most consequential in the season, couldn’t FPL have done a bit more scrambling?
Guys quick question, would you bring in pickfotd and Watkins for steel and Bamford or Areola and Charlie Taylor for steele and Coufal?
Playing bb.
For a bench boost yeah. I think Taylor is a bit pointless as I’m not sure he gets 4 points with those two fixtures. You don’t want to be stuck with two expensive keepers so Areola and Watkins
That means playing Coufal against City though.
Yeah it’s not ideal but I don’t see Burnley keeping a clean sheet. El Mohamedy at Villa at 4.3 is a good short term option as Cash is injured
Ok, cheers Smash.
Hi everyone hope you’re all good!
Done Grealish and Raphina to Gundy and Barnes for a -4pt already.
Who would you guys captain out of this lot? I’m also thinking of using my TC or will there be better options later on?
Cheers
Probably Bruno or even Gundogan himself. May as well use it this week I think.
We do have a Capos article incoming but o don’t think that one will be up until Thursday this week, at the earliest.
There’s another City double. Spurs have a double too to come but it’s got to be played at some point
Looks good.
I am also looking to TC Bruno or DCL. Can’t really see a better time to use it myself.
Cheers guys! Will definitely keep an eye out for the Capos article before any decision made but yeah agree with Little Red that this looks the best opportunity ….Tottenham’s next dgw could be great but could also be paired with a tricky fixture.
I’m actually starting to lean towards DCL looking at how SOU & WBA have been conceding and Bruno v Chelsea worries me given his form against top teams and their recent CS’s!?
Brighton v Palace
Good God, I read this as West Ham Escorts, I thought the Dildo Brothers had finally gone the whole hog
