From one DGW to another, in quick succession, we may have to get used to this.
Leeds book-end this one by kicking off our GW on Friday night away at Wolves @ 8pm.
Southampton are the other team with a double and they begin theirs on Saturday @ 12:30 at home to Chelsea. Jeff then has the excitement of Burnley vs West Brom to report on @3pm before we get to a derby 6-pointer as Everton visit Anfield @ 5.30pm. Fulham and Sheffield United see us out on Saturday @ 8pm, if anybody can be arsed. They won’t be.
The West Ham Cup Final kicks us off on Sunday as Spurs visit the dildo laden lot @ 12pm, Villa welcome Leicester @ 2pm, City will destroy Arsenal @ 4.30pm and Newcastle go to Old Trafford @ 8pm.
Our ‘normal’ GW ends on Monday as Brighton host Palace @ 8pm.
Our extended GW ends on Wednesday as the doublers of Leeds and Saints meet @ 6pm.

How did AVL play without Cash and Grealish?

Guys I’m seriously thinking about doing the following for 26.
Ings Bamford Raphinha and steel out for DCL Watkins Barnes and Areola for – 12 and then bb. I still have wc fh and bb. This would give me 13 for 26.Is this crazy? Any other ideas?
Depends a bit on context.
You just have to accept you’ll start the GW 12 points down, effectively sending your OR into a nosedive before the GW has even started.
When I see ML rivals doing that sort of thing I’m always heartened. It rarely seems to work out for them and hands me a huge advantage without having to do anything.
However – you may be miles ahead in your ML and a -12 may be irrelevant. If so then fine, go for it. If not then I’d only go as far as a -8 and then only if injuries start knackering up your side.
Cheers Kralin, I’m actually chasing my ml leader, who’s about 50 points ahead of me. If I’m using the bb I feel I need to maximise it by having as many dgw players as I can. I know
-12 is a lot though.
Too much if chasing. Just play it cool and chip away at the lead. Let them make the mistakes, especially when you start closing in.

But to help close that gap can you do a more modest -4 and remove Ings or Bamford for Vardy or DCL and get a second playing keeper so you’ve BB 15 players?
-12 seems like overkill to me, especially as you only really need to replace Steer to get 15 players (albeit not all DGWers). Why drop Ings when he has a DGW27? Why drop the Leeds boys when they have a game in 29 (unless you are certain you want to use your FH then). Sometimes the SGWers outscore the DGWers.

It’s ballsy and my initial instinct to a -12 is “no way”. However, because you’re swapping SGW for DGW, it’s essentially a -6 so it’s not as ridiculous at it first seems.
I certainly would not take a -12 and I would not bench boost that either

Ings to DCL makes sense. Though looking at it you could BB the Leeds players. Areola in. Coufal at City is a bit of an issue for a BB. -12 just sounds a lot worse than a -8

This is my current team for GW26 – I have 2.9 ITB, what should I do?

I’d do the Ings to DCL move.
I’m assuming you’re BBing. So I’d get in a playing defender instead of Mitchell. Maybe a Leicester defender since they have a good double and upcoming fixtures.
All set for BB. 1FT and 0.3m in bank, not am missing Leicester/Everton cover but am still hopeful for a decent haul.
Plan is to FH in 29 currently.
Sweet looking team! You seem to have quite a few for GW 29 as well! Congrats – as I think I slightly muffed up my WC (done a bit before the official announcements were made), even though I think I may (will) have 10 DGWers for 26 and 7 players already for GW 29 (damn – I have 2 GKs for that week!).
I honestly don’t know what I’d do to make your team better for next week.

Looks like great team on paper. I’d try to get in Perrera instead of Soyuncu since he’s played OOP in midfield for Leicester the last game. Otherwise looks solid.
Hi guys. Would like your thoughts on my team for the next GW.
Sterling + Bamford + Antonio for Gundo + DCL + Kane FOR A -8
Will end up with 11 DGW players with 3-4-3 and might TC Kane.
Is it worth it ? No BB or WC left. 1 FT and 0.4 itb. Currently have the exact funds to do this move.
Edit: Sorry I’d remove Antonio and not Watkins which would give me 11 DGWers
Seems like thats worth it to me mate. Only a minus 4 if they all play twice. Bringing in some of the weeks best options. Only risk i see is if Sterling goes big.
Thanks Dale. I think I’m okay with the risk of not having Sterling over having Gundo DCL and Kane instead. Im only wondering if it’s worth a -8 (-4 with the extra 2 fixtures)
