Well, after that super sized gameweek 26 that just passed we get an almost regular sized one in GW27. It is still a double, just not anywhere near the size of the one we just got through with.
This one kicks off with a lunch time meeting between Burnley and Arsenal. That is followed by three more fixtures featuring a little of everything from everywhere in the PL standings. Sheffield host the DGW darlings Saints, Villa welcome in Wolves and Leicester travel to Brighton in the late game.
Sunday brings us four more games including a match up only the immediate family of the players will watch when West Brom host Toon. Also on Sunday Liverpool play Fulham, that is followed by the Manchester Derby and the last game of the day sees the Jekyll and Hyde Spurs play Palace.
Monday gives us two more fixtures in an intriguing game when Chelsea play host to Everton and that is followed by West Ham who continue their fight to get bubbles in the Champions League next season.
The double is brought to a close by the two teams who are actually playing one. Saints take a trip to Manchester to play a City side that I am sure will leave plenty an FPL manager in a rage when they rotate the heck out of their Xl.

Hmm – more Derby grumbling to come…
Not too phased about Sterlo captain blanking, nor of Pep’s sideline ‘issues’, but I was rather grumpy that City lost (I admit to having a soft spot for them, as I love their style when they’re in full swing! Not bad for a neutral, hey???) AND I’ve been praying to the various divinities, lighting candles in all sorts of places of worship in the vain (vague) hope that Raphinha actually takes Monday night off work to let in Mr 14 points (Luke Shaw – first spot on my bench, how dumb!!!
) for a contribution.
Apart from that, nothing new under the sun and obviously nothing else to add to any debates! Enjoy your Sunday evenings!

Well, you know my feelings about these things. And the DGW will give you another Sterling chance.
I promoted a Brighton defender over Shaw, who is buried so deep on my bench that he’s mummified.
But it really is of no consequence at all.
Indeed Kralin, as I tried to indicate in my (hopefully) ironic piece. I too promoted White.
Tis of very little consequence even on the microcosmic scaleoof FPL! Cheerio old chum!

KDB coming back has disrupted City and Gundogan attacking returns. Interesting to see how it develops.
Disrupted the whole teams attacking returns so far. I would not worry about Gundogan he’s still getting in the box and he’s cheap

Chips, now I see you’ve been busy with your team and we missed to set up our double :blink:
I managed to log on quickly and set the formation and captain choices, but that was all.
That’s cool, at least we now have 2 FT and a bit of dough to play with 😉
