Before we move on then, it’s probably worth noting that the next deadline is on Saturday, a mere 3 1/2 days from now. That one will be less of a surprise, but it’s always worth knowing.
Tuesday looks like a parade of the perennially mid-table / relegation battlers. Cardiff could actually go within 5 points of Everton with a win and we aren’t sure if that says more about Neil Warnock or less about Marco Silva. Huddersfield are pretty much done for and the Wolves are at the door. Brighton are not safe yet and will be looking to pull Puel closer to his own exit. Neither Newcastle or Burnley are mathematically safe just yet, a win for either would be a big step towards being so.
Wednesday brings an altogether more positive atmosphere with the big guns all on show. Sort of. Arsenal kick us of in pursuit of their main prize against Bournemouth; 4th place. Southampton and Fulham continue to defy our criteria with a true relegation battle. Chelsea and Spurs then look to threaten it, before the real big boys come in to play as Palace (no, not you!) host Man United, Liverpool grapple with Watford and Man City play with West Ham.

Agüero scored 1 outta 1 for City tonight! Take him out and it becomes even more shocking for PEA and Salah.

I wouldn’t have dared to sell Salah, if I’d had that ingenious idea, but I’m sure that many will now…
Early transfer thought is Son>Pogba. I know he doesn’t play in GW31 but Son seems to have stuttered and I have no ManU coverage. Am I crazy or is that a sound transfer?
I dont think Son will continue to be so great now Kane is back. Keeping an eye on bgws/dgws and will move son out and kane in if and when it fits in with those plans. I do already have Pogba though. Son to mickey would work great if wasnt for the Ars’s next 2 then a blank!
