Fantasy Football Live Match Chat Gameweek 29
Just the four games to trouble yourselves with this week, albeit they are spread over three days.
We begin on Friday with Fulaham welcoming Leeds. A contrast of styles if ever there was one, certainly on the touchline at least. Lady and the Tramp springs to mind. The Jacket vs The Bucket.
Saturday really just belongs to the FA Cup and as such we don’t get an actual FPL game until 8pm when Newcastle go to Brighton.
Sunday sees our final two games with West Ham vs Arsenal at 3pm and then Villa & Spurs finish our very short GW off at 7.30pm.
We then get a couple of weeks off as the International Break kicks in. We shall however no doubt have a few articles along the way to keep you entertained / informed.

Well, the tragedy of my FPL life this season is that, my wife also has a team and like every season she starts and in 2/3rd of the season hands over to me unless she manages time. The story of the season:
(1) Me: with BB and TC left – Team value: 105.6m
(Gw1-2 – Started from 5m) > (Gw10 – 2m) > (Gw20 – 1.3m) > (Gw29 – 370k) – goal ??? really not worth to set any for me.
VS.
(2) My wife: with WC, FH and BB left – Team value: 107m
(Gw1-2 – Started from 2m) > (Gw10 – 227k) > (Gw20 – 111k) > (Gw29 – 47k) – goal is to finish top 10k
This time she expressed doubt that whether she should really hand-over the team to me for the final leg… and I have no words.

I know your pain, GM. I won’t get into too much detail, so long story short – my OR is around 180k wheres my Mrs’ is around top 7k. We just have to deal with it – we suck

Simple and obvious moves paid off. Infact chasing points (recent form) paid off many a times.

Sorry, may be off topic, i think all those who play FPL first, can and should have veto authority over at least their own children playing FPL, my son is above me in OR for the second year in a row, and he (thinking he is generous
), offered to handle my team for me next year since I am losing to him in our Mini League with my office friends. In case anybody has any doubts, never ever teach your kids to play FPL

On the contrary, I’m always glad of an IB to have a break, although it’s all in theory as I have found myself filling in a GABO article tonight and prepping a Fixtures one.
Bring on the summer break! And if anyone suggests doing articles for the Euros I may well have my son beat them to death.
