Fantasy Football Live Match Chat Gameweek 29

Just the four games to trouble yourselves with this week, albeit they are spread over three days.

We begin on Friday with Fulaham welcoming Leeds. A contrast of styles if ever there was one, certainly on the touchline at least. Lady and the Tramp springs to mind. The Jacket vs The Bucket.

Saturday really just belongs to the FA Cup and as such we don’t get an actual FPL game until 8pm when Newcastle go to Brighton.

Sunday sees our final two games with West Ham vs Arsenal at 3pm and then Villa & Spurs finish our very short GW off at 7.30pm.

We then get a couple of weeks off as the International Break kicks in. We shall however no doubt have a few articles along the way to keep you entertained / informed.

The games in full…

Keep track of all the action, the goals, the talking points, right here at FF247 Live Match Chat, an interactive chat which encourages you to keep involved and share your thoughts and emotions as the matches take place.

Good luck to absolutely everyone for Gameweek 29 from all at FF247!

    76 points. Pretty pleased.

Happy that Bale stayed on the bench and Lingard will slide in with a cool 12 points. You lose some, you win some. And if you are lucky, you get some more.

48 pts from 9 is okay I suppose, got wasted a bit by Kane, Lingard and Antonio due to their high ownerships. Getting 5 pts from four players in tonight’s games is a disappointment though smile

Hold those knees steady during the int’l break now lads :good:

How many are still carrying Salah and Bruno?
    Is it worth it?

      Carry Bruno.

Yeah I’ll be happy with both for run in for different reasons

      Code 23-19 says:

Bruno for me but there are loads of options that will just as easily get you some returns, or have at least the same potential

Bruno yes, Salah, I am not feeling him currently.

      Gavy says:

In his last 8 games bruno has 5 goals and 3 assists. He takes pens and frees and is the games top points scorer. In his next 3 games spurs away is the only really hard one (spurs only have 1 cs in the last 3)

I’d only take him out if you’re miles down in your ml and you need to make ground. Other then that not sure why anyone would look to move him.

Dont have Salah myself, but looking to bring in jota

Salah has an exceptionally good run of fixtures till the end.

      • Code 23-19 says:

Salah had good fixtures from game week 15 and scored 3.7 points on average.
He is still capable of scoring massive hauls of points but with his price tag you want and need returns every single week.

        • Smash says:

Was playing better defences than he will be playing and Liverpool were struggling. Liverpool are playing better. Kind of depends if you think Salah is finished I guess and won’t come good against the worst defences in the league. There might be something wrong Liverpool I guess and you think Mane/Salah and Jota won’t perform

        • Code 23-19 says:

I don’t think he is finished but I do believe that his price tag is to much compared to his current form.
If you think Liverpool (and it looks like they are) is on the up I think Jota is at the moment the better valued player to get in your team.

        • Smash says:

Well that’s the gamble/decision. There’s not an obvious alternative price wise. He’s by no means essential and I’d back him to outscore Jota who’s only done it in a few games. Personally I’m willing to back both with those fixtures. Thing with premium players is form usually comes/turns pretty quickly and considering he amount of goals some of Liverpool’s opponents concede in willing to take that chance. Whether there’s a deeper problem between Salah and Mane which is having an impact maybe

What do you all think of this as a potential WC for gw31?
