Fantasy Football Live Match Chat Gameweek 3

A lunch time kick-off gets us going this week when Wolves or as City likes to call promoted teams, dinner, face off. That is followed by four 3pm games. Arsenal and West Ham tangle in a battle to save face, that is accompanied by the two worst teams in the Premier League matching up when Huddersfield welcomes Cardiff, about the only team the Terriers will feel like they can take any points off. In the other two similar time fixtures, the Vardy-less Foxes take on Southampton and The Cherries play host to Richarlison’s Toffees. Our Saturday finishes with Liverpool putting a half a dozen past Brighton in the late game.

Sunday brings us another three games. Watford look for their third win this new season when Palace drop in, the other two fixtures see Fulham versus Burnley and the heavy spending Toon go against Sarri with his high pressing, no defending side.

Our game-week is brought to an end when styles clash at Old Trafford as United see Spurs come in for a visit. Should be fun watching Jose rally his loyal troops to get all XI behind the ball, while Poch implores his side to not let them out of the back.

  1. Team deadbeats :shake:

  2. Going to try and hold off. But looking at bringing in Mitrovic and Walcott in for King and Richarlson. Will be a -4 though. Fairly happy with my team I think. Though still hungover

    • Just play Wan-B and do one or other of those moves?

      • That’s the sensible suggestion. I’m not sure if I am sensible though. Until Mitrovic scored a load of points that was my plan. I have wanted him since game one

      • Probably lacking in promoted players

        • Nah, you got enough there with Patricio and Peltier, they seem to be doing fine 😉

    • Just press that button smash! You will feel a lot better once it’s done 😉

  3. 1ft, 1.3itb.

Richarlison is a priority. (Walcott in?)
Originally wanted Alonso but stupidly opted for Luiz (worth a hit?)
I could do those now but only have 0.2 to spare so would need to move fast. Worth it?

Ralls is annoying as well. (Probably leave now and get Fraser later when I have cash – not feeling like a priority with all my defensive options)

    • I took the hit for Alonso this week so I’d probably do it

  4. Ok guys feel like using wc is it a good idea at a bbq but no one outside

    • Nice pic Silvers but one of your squad may be more helpful given the question smile

  5. What do you reckon lads:
    1ft
Richarlison –> Mkhitaryan (has to happen tonight)
Richarlison –> Walcott / Pedro / Fraser (no rush)

I have no Arsenal, Everton, or Bournemouth cover (got Alonso re/Chelski).
Leaning towards Wally as they have some decent looking home games coming up.
I guess I could say the same for Mkhitaryan.
    Cheers!

    • Think I’d do Mkhi

      • Thanks, Smash. Might just do that!

    • I’d probably plan on Wally all things considered. The waiting it out part being a big plus.

      • I do have Shaw so could wait to see what happens tomorrow as well and then take it from there. Really peeved though as I just brought the geezer in!

        • It was the correct move at the time mate, just damn unlucky. Happens. Wally was being overlooked in favour of him anyway so may be a blessing.
