After two bumper game-weeks, perhaps GW3 was merely a reality check. It matters not though as GW4 is upon us already, with fresh promise. It’s quite the condensed affair too, beginning on Saturday and ending on Sunday. Almost old school. Almost.

It begins with Leicester hosting Liverpool in the early game, giving many a Salah captainer a weekend long headache should he fail to produce. Five 3pm games follow in quick succession. Brighton will attempt to keep the Mitro show at bay. Bournemouth will hope to somehow halt Alonso’s inevitable march in to everybody’s fantasy team once again. Zaha will be looking to put one more nail in Hughes’ coffin. Wally will attempt to make amends for Richarlison’s stupidity. And Arnie will make a last ditch attempt to stop Pellegrini being fed to the Wolves.

The evening game should pique some interest as Man City play host to Ashley’s mercenaries. A classic case of an evening captain over an early one once again, in reverse? Perhaps!

Sunday sees us out with three away games for Arsenal, Man United and Spurs, going to Cardiff, Burnley and Watford respectively.

  1. Pogba misses penalty. Great. That’s a good big zero from him

  2. Rashford red card, and just noticed holebas had another assist. May be a shrewd move

  3. I’m really liking this new Watford side. They are just so resilient and without a doubt are the most impressive team so far this season!

    • I used to like you man!

      • I’m sorry mate but you have to hand it to them. Javi Garvia was the bookies favourite to be first sacked before the season started and look at what he’s doing here. Manager of the month for sure!

    • true matt. eriksen and pererya has been quiet today

      • Eriksen has been put on my chopping block now. He was a whisker away from a goal but that whisker is what broke the camels back for me.

        • true matt haha. i retain my number 1 position in the el ef cee ML. you are 2nd, 1 point behind. Quite tight at the top.

      • I think these are some of the reasons not to rush with WC and give all these players few more weeks to asses.

        • Yeah I’m keeping my WC I like holding onto it as long as possible.

        • I think that everyone who avoids the temptation now will be in the mass wildcard fiesta during the second IB which is after GW 8.

    • Might have to be a bit nicer to them

  4. There must a new September curse for Kane then :noshake:
