Fantasy Football Live Match Chat Gameweek 5

Welcome to Fantasy Football Live Match Chat Gameweek 5.
We have no less than seven games to get us back into the swing of things on Saturday and many a captaincy decision will be tested early doors as Liverpool host Newcastle in the first one at lunchtime.

We then have five 3pm games as Burnley visit Brighton for a clash of styles, a beleaguered Man United host a vibrant Leicester, Sheffield United look to continue where they left off against Chelsea as they play a Saints team unsure of their identity or ability, Spurs look to rediscover theirs as they face Palace and then Wolves look to shake off the Europa shackles when they face the kids of Chelsea.

Saturday draws to a conclusion as Man City hammer Norwich.

Sunday sees two games; in the first Bornemouth will be looking to kickstart their season with a win against Everton and the later game sees Watford host Arsenal.

We have a Monday game this week and it’s the ever improving and promising Villa against the seemingly never-improving and perpetualy disappointing West Ham.

The games in full…

  1. What’s the code for the champions league please?

  2. Wildcard active! How’s this for a team? Going without Salah and Sterling, Cantwell represents better value than any 6m midfielder, hoping for attacking returns from Digne and Kola. 3-4-3. Appreciate feedback!

    • Also happy going without Liverpool and City defence. With Stones, Otamendi, and Walker playing City will concede and Liverpool will concede also I think with their fixtures.

    • Team looks good overall. Have doubts on Loris and Kola though.

Spurs has 1 clean sheet in 3 easy home games so far. I dont have much faith there. I could be wrong.

Arsenals defensive strength is evidently questionable.

    • I like it!!

    • Kol the only question mark for me …..

    • Cheers guys

    • Hey Tekno. I think Sterling is a must regardless his latest returns. Agree on Cantwell and he looks tremendous value. Kola to Mings would free up some funds.

  3. Have Mings and Haller in the game. Not sure what i should be praying for.

  4. Hi all,

    Apologies for the repost.

I have 2 FT’s, Which do you think is the better option:

    A. Kane to PEA
    B. Kane to firmino – leaves 1.5m ITB
    C. Kane to Tammy – leaves 3.7 ITB
    D. Kane and Mount to Tammy and Son

Any other suggestions would be welcomed.

  5. Villa v West Ham

  6. I fancy Villa tonight .. gut feeling
