Welcome to Fantasy Football Live Match Chat Gameweek 5.

Back to reality. Or at least some semblance of it. We kick off on Saturday lunchtime with the title decider between Everton and Liverpool at 12.30pm.

The (new look) Soccer Saturday have been snookered again with just the one 3pm game to get their politically correct teeth into as Chelsea welcome Southampton.

Man City and Arsenal face off in the ‘tea-time’ game at 5.30pm

Newcastle and Man United see us out on Saturday at 8pm.

Sunday sees four games with Sheffield United and Fulham getting us under way at 12pm, followed by Palace and Brighton at 2pm, Spurs and West Ham at 4.30pm with Leicester and Villa in the late slot at 7.15pm.

We then have two games on Monday again with West Brom and Burnley at 5.30pm (interesting to see who will fork out 15 quid for that one!). Leeds and Wolves complete our GW at 8pm.

  2. Poor Newcastle. 1-1 at 86’ and then… All kinds of hell

    • Van der Beek’s substitution really was the game-changer!

      Newcastle unlucky not to get a point. Darlow was great (despite conceding 4!)

      • I have no clue how they are starting James before him, but then again there are many things I don’t understand smile

        • Nor do I! Ole got lucky, I think – unless he’s developing into some sort of master tactician :mosking: .

          I imagine VDB’ll get a start sooner rather than later.

    • No idea how hes on max BP.

      • A goal and an assist is normally a good indicator, but a penalty miss (much like a yellow card) normally drags tge BPS down. There’s still time for the BPS to shift – it’s quite close between Bruno, Rashford and Darlow.

        • Think he’s alright next two personally and anything after that might depend on VVD and how long he’s out for. Depends how cheap you go at the back I guess

      • Question is would you captain him over the next 4 ?

        • At 10.4 do you need to. I mean looking at it you would captain Salah in three of the next 4
