So tonight who is in Team Lundstram and who is in Team Aubameyang?

Due to Otamendi not playing, and Lundstram is my autosub, tonight I am in TEAM LUNDSTRAM!!! :superman:

Lundstram for me, and some stats about tonight (from FPL website):

‘Sheff Utd have not lost any of their last 12 Monday matches in all competitions, winning six, in a run dating back to January 2012.

Arsenal have an even better record, winning eight of their last 11 Premier League Monday meetings, albeit losing once.

United are also defending an unbeaten Premier League record against Arsenal at Bramall Lane.

Indeed, the stadium is the Gunners’ least favourite in the competition, having gone winless there in three visits.

But Arsenal do like travelling to Yorkshire, winning their last seven Premier League matches in the county.

No other side have a longer winning run in the Premier League in Yorkshire.’

      • GentleBenAKA says:

Loud that’s interesting thanks. I can see why Arsenal would have a long running struggle against Sheffield based on their historic setups and style of play, but I’m not convinced that struggle is going to last beyond tonight!

    Evening all!
Been doing a little digging and looking at teams performing well, thought I’d share my findings!

So, for the most part the highest placed team in lots of my mini leagues is not light years ahead. Let’s take the FF247 regs league.

The team at the top ( well played Derek L) is on 512pts and is 61k so he is currently 35points ahead of me and that equates to around 600k places in OR.

Derek was only 14pts ahead last week and jumped up this week thanks to owning the likes of Vardy, jimi, Dilva and Alonso. Meanwhile players such as KDB, Sterling, Aguero, Mane and Salah (not to mention the Chelsea boys) all returned poorly or didn’t play. Those are the players a lot of us have, of those players Derek has Mount.

So the last two weeks have been tough, the players we have are not returning but they haven’t turned into bad players, when they come good we will rise. The biggest problem for most people is that over the last two weeks, not only do we own those players, but we have also captained them.

Another example, I notice Cookie mentions above he has Aubameyang captain, well let’s say he scores 15 points tonight netting cookie a bumper 30 points, that would see him jump from 730k to around 100k.

So I guess what I’m trying to say is, don’t panic, it’s just a blip and the margins are still so small at this stage of the season that falls can seem harsh, but in reality there is not a lot in it.
