WE hope that GW1 brought you many points, but even if not then don’t worry as we go again on Saturday with Brighton and Man Utd kicking off GW2 at 12.30pm. We then have five 3pm games with Palace v West Ham, Fulham v Leicester, Man City v Ipswich, Saints v Forest and Spurs v Everton. Villa and Arsenal finish Saturday off at 5.30pm.
The remaining three games are all on Sunday this time as we have EFL Cup games this coming midweek. Bournemouth host Newcastle and Wolves welcome Chelsea, both at 2pm, before Liverpool and Brentford finish the short GW off at 4.30pm.

Is Nkunku & TAA worth a -4 to Palmer & Konsa?
The other option is Nkunku & Isak to Palmer & Pedro for a -4?
Or does Madueke / Mitoma (or other under 8m) make more sense?

Second option for me. I’d keep TAA
I think you are over-complicating things by throwing out -4 options. You start off by saying Nkunku has to go and you have 1 FT. I would focus on that. Plenty of replacements up to £6.5m without even using your money ITB.
But it sounds like you are desperate to get Palmer in too. That will need a -4 if you want to do it in one go. How about Nkunku down to Rogers and Jota up to Palmer?
Option 2 but prefer welbeck to j pedro
As Chipster points out, don’t think a -4 is needed. I’d grab a 5.5 and use the 1mil later
Appreciate this is a similar dilemma to others, but which of these would you go with (I’m keen to move early to avoid price changes)…
1) Nkunku to Rogers (and accept losing TV elsewhere)
2) Nkunku & Isak to Palmer & Welbeck/Pedro (-4)
3) Nkunku & Jota to Palmer & Rogers
4) Nkunku, Eze & Isak to Palmer, Rogers & Solanke (-8)
5) Any other ideas?!

Cheers Brooky. I like ESR but with Muniz I’m not too keen on the Fulham double up, especially with such a poor bench, i.e. zero rotation option.
I hear you,I’m kinda regretting bringing in Muniz for Solanke ! Triple Fulham seems a bit much !!
Not seen the Chelsea game but here’s a few stats for you.
Jackson got 1 goal and 1 assist from an xg of 0.17 and an xa 0.01.
Madueke got 3 goals from a combined xg of 0.58
Palmer got 1 goal and 3 assists from an xg of 0.67 and an xa of 0.15.
Wow!! I didn’t see it either but assumed Chelsea were on it. These stats make me slightly less panicky about bringing in Palmer now for hits.
Wolves actually had a higher xg (1.96) than Chelsea (1.68).
Both sides had 5 big chances.
Both keepers made 2 saves
Both sides committed 13 fouls and both sides had 5 corners.
Plamers goal was a lovely finish.
He was a bit luck with 2 of the assists.
Could have had a 2nd goal too.
He’s coming right in to my team for the next 5.
Still though the others are rotation risk, palmer is both nailed and even 10.5 may not be so overpriced as we thought. We always wanted to see chelsea after the man city game and i got my answer. I brought palmer in now on WC with good fixtures for chelsea coning..
And unfortunately nkunku wasn’t the answer.. He and Palmer best position is same and doesn’t look like nkunku will get enough mins
I ended the week on 103 points thanks to the TC Haaland and so know I’m not in too much need to change things. I know you can’t have them all but feel like no Salah may come back to haunt me but worth doing Gordon and Isak to Palmer and Pedro? Zirkzee is merely a gamble I’m happy with until Solanke returns.

What a difference a week makes. I’m happy with 96 points on the TC chip and Palmer coming up big. Here’s to onwards and upward!

Does anyone see what I could reasonably do with this lot?
Was gonna keep them as they are, but now I see a mass movement towards Palmer, Salah and co.
Do I really need to do anything? Was thinking of just seeing how the team goes and then WC around GW 5-6 (as suggested by some Kontent Kreators!). I dunno. Human beings are never satisfied, me included!

Like me I think your only pressing issue is Isak not really firing. Eze was unlucky in the first game not to haul but do feel like Palace have lost a bit up top!

Yeah, we’ll just have to wait and see. By all reports Eze is on the cusp of some really good scoring (to come!) and it seems Newcastle haven’t got out of bed yet!
