Hodgson “I’m expecting to play against a very good team I must say all of the information that we the coaching staff have been given, they look very, very good. - Shaqiri remains out. Klopp “Shaq is not ready, doing rehab”. James Milner is a doubt. Klopp: “Millie got a knock in his back against MK Dons early in the game, looked a bit awkward after the game but it should be good.” Klopp went on to praise Milner “Unbelievably important to us. He is a role model for the team.”

If the people believe Bernardo is this type of person they are completely wrong. If the people believe he is guilty, Bernardo and Manchester City are open to listen.”

I’ve been here for almost three years, it’s my fourth season…” Pep had his say on this “Gabriel Jesus wants to play, of course, he is Number 9 for Brazil. We hope to see him before the international break.” Further on Rashford and Martial? “I wouldn’t put my life on it but that’s part of this game, you work with what you have and we’re looking forward to this game.”
- Angel Gomes and Diogo Dalot haven’t been training “Hopefully, [they’ll] be back for Alkmaar, that’s what we’re hoping.”
- Solskjaer coy on Greenwood starting but is there anyone else. “He’s proven when he’s been on the pitch – Astana and Rochdale – when you get him in the box he’s dangerous. So I’m not worried about him, but we’ve managed him, can’t just throw him in the deep end. I’ll have the weekend to think about it”.

- Alex Tettey is a doubt. DF: “Alex Tettey overstretched his groin when he slipped against Burnley. It’s quite a small groin injury – there’s hope for the Aston Villa game but it’s more likely for the Bournemouth game”.

I know there are doubts over Maddison but I was initially thinking of bringing him in for Ceballos. But I’m wondering whether I should ship Greenwood? How does Greenwood, Ceballos and AWB to C Wilson, Soyuncu and a 4.7 midfielder sound and switch to a 343?
Guys, one last dilemma. On a WC with Aguero and Otamendi in the team (and no sterling). With the next three fixtures in mind, would you rather have Kdb or son in the team??? Unfortunately only able to fit one of them
KDB
Thanks Smash. Cheers!!!
waiting for the site team before go to sleep :locomotive:
In Son i trust this GW. Hope my cappo luck streak to continue.
Already made my free transfer for the week.
With wolves struggling this season, welbeck scoring in midweek….is jiminez to vardy for a -4 worth it?
Thanks
Jamie
I probably wouldn’t Jamie, in all honesty.
Thanks init.
Jamie
Please help me understand the Tomori bandwagon? CHE have conceded two goals to each of NOR, SHU, and WOL, as well as 4 to MU and 1 to LIV…zero CS. What am I missing here?
Thank all.
I think because Chelsea have decent fixtures for the next handful of games, he seems a regular starter and he is only £4.5m. Allows funds to be allocated elsewhere.
Jamie
I get that, but there are other teams with 3 or so CS and def who cost the same…does not make sense to me. eg..Diop, Lowton, Guilbert 4.4…
And WH and BUR also have good features.
Bees, it’s all about projection and the good fixtures ahead like Jamie stated. Just look at pool, they have 1 CS in 6 and some people are still clinched to two defenders, weird fascination in my opinion
Agree with you re LIV. Think I will wait another week to make up my mind re CHE. Don’t hold much hope for them yet.
How is your team doing Ivan? I will WC today. Think another bad Sterling week would put me over the edge lol. Also had several players that needed to go. Have you used yours yet?
Well, surprisingly I’ve been doing very well since wildcarded before GW 4. How long that is going to last-God knows. Let’s hope it does but is far too early as the truth usually comes out after GW 12 when the dust is settled.
Well here is to us and weekly green arrows Ivan…cheers!
Let’s hope so
Is this my best starting 11? (Pope in goal)
Or should Diop start ahead of Soyboy? Or?
In my opinion that is the best setup for this week.
:hi:
I am trying not to get involved in the captain discussions but personally think that after a quiet game Abraham is due for his third brace or perhaps the second hatty.
Salah of course, will get his customary goal and maybe the odd assist but who knows
Almost every week has been a dilemma. Mostly my capt choices have not been good. This week I have Salah.
I tend to be more conservative than I thought I was lol.
Ivan, I only just noticed that Salah has not scored in any away match. Yikes. SHU is no walk over either. I have switched to Aguero since EVE is awful these days, but you may have it right with Tammy!
That is true bees, I don’t have Salah and don’t need him.If he scores it will be his customary goal and maybe an assist at most while with the other options we have this week there are better chances. Kun has been going around my head all week but he doesn’t have an excellent record against Everton for some reason, only 2 goals and assist in 13 games. Son is another great candidate for the armband bur after all it’s one of those rounds where it will be a pure luck to pick the right captain.
