Here at FF247 towers we’ve often wondered what driving forces hide behind a comment or a rate my team reply, do we really know the mindset and the persona of the people we are conversing with?! To find the answers to these questions we have lured some regulars from out of their caves and got them to endure a simple Q&A session.
Hopefully this will help us to uncover whether each member can be viewed as a ‘fellow sports enthusiast’, ‘colleague’, ‘fantasy friend’, ‘internet troll’ or indeed ‘sociopath’! Let’s take a look inside the minds of our latest two ‘victims’ then and see whether, hiding behind the cute monkey gravatars, lurks a sadistic, megalomaniacal, psychotic keyboard warrior. Or just a normal guy or gal who likes to play fantasy football…
We will add a disclaimer here – we have resolved to not edit what is sent in at all. What you see is what you (we) get. FPL ranks were correct at the time of sending as well so may be much worse by now! Or better…

Mind me asking what the name of the place is? I only ask because i was in London a few back for a gig and my mate and i went to an Indian place for grub (we’re chili freaks) and it looked very similar to the place in the photo’s, and was seriously expensive to boot. Amazing food though, so it was worth it.

Ok Alex here goes! I can see the overall problem and plan. I wouldn’t go taking a -8 to fix it all in once though. I’d do Alder or Debuchy to whoever you can afford from Arsenal, Mert or Kos preferably, Bellerin if not although I’m not sure on his minutes beyond this week. I’d probably leave it at that, play Hutton and just suck that one up. There’s no reason City can’t score at Chelsea and they probably will so a hit for Cahill isn’t worth it in my opinion. Likewise in the mids will Elia/JWP/Punceon recoup 4 pts over Fab? Go for it if you think they will but I’m not convinced.
Init, thanks mate I can see what you mean but I only take hits for the long term and these moves are for that reason, to tidy up the problems. So what about your suggested move plus downgrade fab in order to bring in Costa next week (I think he is essential) I could also then bring Cahill in next week so a 4ph each week. More sensible?
Same difference really, personally I’d spread them out as next week could present completely different problems and some of today’s problems may not be problems again by then. I don’t like problems
