FF247 Site Team & Predicted Line Ups Gameweek 3
Welcome to FF247 Site Team & Predicted Line Ups Gameweek 3
A hugely pleasing 74 points in Gameweek 2 returned our first green arrow of the season, admittedly it was our first available opportunity, but still nice to be going in the right direction early doors.
Overall rank is now 1,765,509 (from 4,137,259) and only 78 points off first place for those counting!
Leaving aside Leon Bailey (1) – what were any of us thinking? – our two worst performers of the week were two of our Liverpool players in Trent (3) and Salah (2). Not very often we’ll say that.
Our City double up in defence is working a treat with Ederson (6) and Cancelo (7) being supplemented by Reece James still scoring 7 points in a game in which he was both booked and lost two goals. Sensational!
Luis Diaz (9), captain Erling Haaland (10) and Gabriel Jesus (19 … NINETEEN) did the heavy lifting further ahead.
Our Gameweek 2 Result
We have £0.3mln in the bank and 1 free transfer to use ahead of Gameweek 3. Let’s go see what was decided.
Our Gameweek 3 Transfer(s)
The default position was that Bailey was in our ‘bus’ team. This was spotted and very quickly he was kicked to the bench and Perisic put into his place.
We took a look at our team and the transfer we had and, as usual, we deciced that if we could save a transfer, we would. And we have.
Perisic into the starting eleven, Neco Williams to come on IF we need him and Bailey sent to Coventry. Hopefully literally, as well as figuratively….
To confirm then we have SAVED our free transfer
Captain – GABRIEL JESUS
The captain template matrix has been smashed, I repeat the CAPTAIN TEMPLATE MATRIX HAS BEEN SMASHED.
Salah and Haaland have great games admittedly, but then so do Arsenal and Jesus, who play Bournemouth on Saturday evening. He’s in form, they’re in form and Bournemouth are as likely to lose another 4 as they are to keep the door shut.
Haaland to step in as vice if need be.

Predicted Line-ups and FPL Team News
Rather than clutter the site up on deadline eve with too many articles we have tagged our predicted line-ups on here.
As a quick reminder –
There are two versions of this article.
The one below has a drop-down version. It’s fairly idiot proof – you simply click on the small arrow to the right of the team name and you get a drop-down list of all the teams. Simply click on the one you want to see and hey presto, etc. This is the published article with the comments section to crack on with.
The other one is permanently live and has the ‘nicer’ grid layout. If you want to see that version you can click here. This can also be easily accessed at any time via a myriad of links on our homepage – Header link, Hot Topics link, Quick Access link on mobile and it is also linked towards the end of all of our regular articles.
What you see below is a live link to what Drafthound have on their website. Why is that significant? Well, firstly, it now means that the second they make any updates in reaction to live team news then they will also appear on here. Being uber helpful in that respect they also time-stamp all of their line-ups so you can tell to the minute when it was last updated.
As an additional extra if you click on any player icon on the team line-up that will take you to their own page on Drafthound, from where you can see up to date season stats, their upcoming fixture schedule and use a comparison tool to view similar players.
Given their time and effort in providing this content for us it would be rude not to occasionally click on the Drafthound link and check out their own fabulous content as there are FPL articles aplenty on there too.
You can access our live feed to these here.

Change Mount for Kulu/Martinelli/Maddison for free or keep?
Roll the transfer
Keep for this week. Think about moving to Kulu next, if anything (see how Spurs do this week).
I do like Maddision but as the other says wait one week
Evening everyone! How does this look for the coming gameweek? I have 1m in the bank!
Sweeeet !
Looks good, igy! Nice to have a mil’ in the bank.
Yes I did have Nunez but he swiftly left for Jesus after the red card!
Good to go ? 1ft and 0itb . Is it better to roll transfer to sort mids next gw?
Possibly. Depends who your target is? I’m assuming maybe Rodrigo for Sancho? If so then given the fixtures then yes you may as well roll with what you have and hope Neco keeps Everton out, which he probably will! If it’s Kulu then you could justify the switch more now.
Probably Kulu but think I’d need to do 2fts to get there. Is it worth a hit for a defender probably Robertson or is there another way?
Could do Robertson to walker and sancho to kulu? For a hit. Is this worth it or roll my transfer? Thanks everyone
Who will start up front for pool in place of nunez Bobby or jota ?
Firmino I reckon
Bobby is fit, Jota still out.
Think I have a good differential with kane as captain this week, seems hardly anyone has him
Most likeky he departed stage left for Haaland last week for many, understandably, if not particularly successfully!
If he was still in my team I would have done the same. Think he will overscore Jesus, Haaland and Salah.
is Kane captain better that jesus salah haaland
i need to bench 1 of the follow please help
williams Nott’m Forest – Periera fulham – dasilva brentford – patterson everton

Patterson
As for a captain, it will be a shot in the dark this GW. Still, think Kane could have a great game.
